VILLA MAGNOLIA has 3 bedrooms, distributed in 2 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. It has 3 bathrooms, one with a shower, another with a bathtub and a third with a toilet, which facilitates coexistence and privacy for all guests.   
  
The fully equipped kitchen is a strong point of the property. It has modern appliances such as refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and a wide variety of kitchenware. The kitchen area is independent and prepared for food lovers to prepare delicious family meals.   
  
Air conditioning and heat pump guarantee comfort throughout the year, while the terrace and garden offer perfect outdoor spaces to enjoy leisure moments.
