Had four days here. The staff were very attentive.

Pros: Being comfortable & relaxed.
Cons: Signage. Completely missed it and literally drove around the houses looking for.
Location: If without a car, there is a bus stop across the road that will take you to centre of Cambridge
Had a good stay. Used the swimming pool and Jacuzzi which was all very clean. The standard room we booked was clean, comfortable & big enough for us. Great choice of food at breakfast, they even had a pancake making machine, didn't use it but something different. We used the restaurant every night while there and the food was cooked lovely.I particularly liked the cod with red pesto. A couple of thank you's to Conner who worked in the restaurant & Alysa, their customer service was exceptional.

Great stay

We stayed for two nights while attending a wedding nearby. Our room was comfortable, well equipped (a fan and a free standing heater were available) with a clean, well-lit bathroom. A heated multi towel rail that was HOT! and a heated mirror that was a brilliant idea as no condensation problems. Huge choice for breakfast; buffet style but at least you can ensure your toast is hot as you do it yourself! We would definitely stay here again if in the area

Ideal hotel to explore Cambridge and surroundings

Pros: Location, its proximity to Cambridge without being in the centre. The spa and the meals. Excellent breakfast and lovely evening meals.
Cons: Check in was a little haphazard
Location: It was easy to find from the M11, the Morrisons is handed for any forgotten items. We only explored The city itself as there was so much to see.
The hotel is 10 minutes from the park and ride that takes you straight into the centre of Cambridge. After a great day exploring the city it was great to go back to relax in the hot tub and take a gentle swim, followed by a quite evening meal.

Friendly hotel, great food at breakfast and dinner

Would have liked instructions as to how to control the shower.

ok but

The room was a bit disappointing; windows did not close properly, the sink was chipped, no fridge, minibar or safe. Not a major disaster but for £120 a night I would at least expect the windows to shut properly. Other than that the hotel was very nice; staff were friendly, pool area was nice though could get crowded.

It's another business hotel. Probably over priced. Staff nice. Room service breakfast arrived at last possible moment, was tasteless and tepid.

in local hospital on day case.hotel was brilliant,,,breakfast very good...morrisons across the road and homebargains and poundland for shopping/food.just brill as the way...5 star hotel at 3 star price.

Modern but needs maintenance.

The room was great but we couldn't book a table in the restaurant on either night but instead ate in the bar area, which was too cold in the evenings and we had to wear our coats whilst eating. Revolving door stopped whilst I was in it. Bucket in corridor catching leak from pipe in ceiling and wet carpet, this remained so over our entire stay. Curtain in corridor laying on table. Food from restaurant was good if somewhat pricey.

Unfortunately the heating partially failed in the bar during your stay, although fixed now I fully appreciated your comment. The curtain has now been re-hung after a guest decided to remove it from it's fixings. The pipe leak requires specialise parts from our contractors we expect these to arrive shortly and therefore the problem to be resolve. Apologises for any inconvenient, although maintenance issues do happen beyond our control I wish to reassure that we do react as swiftly as we can. Kind Regards

Comfortable and friendly

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, impressed with the size (standard room). Good service at breakfast, good selection,but terrible scrambled eggs!
