Excellent place to stay. Enjoyed everything about the stay. Nice and peaceful. Lovely breakfast and the host was friendly and very helpful. Does have free parking which is a big plus sign for Cambridge. You can get a bus into the city centre which takes 5 to 10 minutes and only costs £4.20.

This property is exactly as seems in the pictures. Good value and very friendly owner, not luxury but priced accordingly. The room is small but clean and well fitted and the bathroom is decent. The breakfast made by the owner was very nice and generous portions, I was given a good range of things I could cook. It's about 10 minutes into the center by car/taxi and half an hour by bus which is conveniently location. Overall I would definitely stay here again if visiting Cambridge for work. Easy on street parking too.

very convenient place to stay in Cambridge
The info says check in is only available from 5 pm and I arrived a little earlier. Fortunately someone was there who showed me in. It was quite important to me as I needed to go out again soon. There are useful shops nearby, and parking facilities are good, either on the premises or on the road.

B&B Exellance
This is how a B&B should be run, clean, well equipped, fabulous food and friendly. The bed was sooooo comfy. A great shower and the food was fantastic including the chopped fruit and berries awaiting me at the table. The full English breakfast was tasty and a perfect size, great coffee too! Highly recommend if you are going to Cambridge 😎👍

Highly recommend it, won't regret your time
Rosa is a great host. Chose garden room has a private toilet. Very clean, friendly, decent size room with necessary facility. Fixed the internet problem. Break fast is amazing, my favorite was omlet. Very nice people to meet. Very calm and kind off 2 km away from city.

Friendly host, clean rooms, 2.2 miles to town.
Rosa is such a friendly host and her breakfasts are wonderful. I had a plate of fruit followed by eggs and gluten free toast washed down with a large pot of tea and a glass of orange. The other guest staying that night had a full English breakfast which he seemed to enjoy. My room was very comfortable, the full size single bed has a lovely memory foam mattress. The room was on the small side but plenty big enough for a b&b. My room, the shared bathroom and one other room were in a self contained unit on the side of the house with a separate entrance so that I could come and go without going through the main house. The house is located in a residential area. It is 2.2 miles to the centre of Cambridge which took me 20 minutes on an adult push scooter.

Very small room and small bed. Door lock to bedroom didn't lock. Not allowed key to front door of property. Didn't realize bathroom was shared. Not allowed to shorten stay without paying for all four nights.

When I arrived, the room was not ready and it appeared that no one was aware that I had a booking that day. I walked into a room that had insects and was clearly not set up. I went into a shower which did not have hot water till I asked for it, and the landlady set up the room when I was in the shower. The room is really tiny, and it's good only if you don't plan to spend any time in it. The owner, Rosa, was very friendly and nice. The breakfast was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay. The room was small but clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and it included a large plate of fresh fruit, a vegetable omelette (at my request), juice and coffee. The house is in a very nice and quiet residential area and only a 5 minute walk from the bus stop, a convenience store and the local pub. Rosa was very hospitable and friendly and made sure everything was OK.

The room had a view into the back garden and was well maintained although the heating had to be turned down because it was too hot. Breakfast was very good and served at a convenient time. The nearest bus stop to get into Cambridge centre was about 10 minutes walk.

You can't beat Rosa's!
I picked Rosa's because it was affordable and close to Cambridge city center, but I found a gem in the home-like feel and wonderful breakfast she serves up in her nice, clean, bright kitchen. Breakfast is served at her big nice kitchen table where I met a nice gentleman staying there who fixes high-tech boilers and told me his father was a pilot in WWII. The next day I had breakfast with a young man from Germany attending Cambridge to learn better english. This was my first B&B and I really enjoyed meeting nice people and sharing stories. Rosa cooked my eggs the way I like and had big mushrooms and fresh cooked tomatoes and sausage and ham too but the best part was the huge plate of fresh fruit she gave me every morning BEFORE all that. Her husband owns a fruit stand so she gets the best of it all. The first thing you notice about your room is how clean everything is. I have a bad back and need 4 pillows so she brought me 2 more and they were nice memory-foam types. I parked my rental car on the quiet upscale suburban street, she offered me the use of her driveway, but there was no need, the area feels very safe. When my iPhone need power I realized I left my charger at home, Rosa lent me her son's charger to get me powered up. I may never return to Cambridge but if I do I will stay at Rosa's again.

I stayed 1 night and the facilities were of an expected standard. However I felt isolated as my en-suite room was off the main family quarters and the only access was through a side door. I was the only guest that night but the on site parking was not available. No atmosphere is the way I would sum up my experience.

I chose the location because it is close to the Cambridge Spire Hospital, where my hip replacement was to be performed. I had "the Garden Room" which was an outhouse behind the house. It had all the facilities I required. I sadly could not have any breakfast. (They have their own hens).

You won't find breakfast this good elsewhere...
...and that includes your own home. Very nice, helpful, and attentive owners. Nice accommodation at a convenient place if you have business at Science or Business Park. Clean and well appointed room. Most importantly, the breakfast is to die for -- puts to shame even most of 5* hotels. :D

A clean & comfortable location in Cambridge.
It was a very pleasant stay. The hostess (Rosa) is a wonderful person and an excellent cook. The room was clean and quiet and a 5 minute walk to the bus that takes you to downtown Cambridge (driving in the City Center is not for the faint of heart). Parking is free. A very good choice!

Lovely Cambridge B&B
Rosa's place is a fantastic place to stay in Cambridge. The rooms are clean and comfortable although if, like me, you are tall then the smaller single beds might be challenging! Breakfast is delicious with more options than you could possibly want. Location is OK, with a short walk to a very regular bus service.

Great B&B place!
Although it is a bit far from the city center (need to catch a bus for about 10 min), the room is very clean and free wifi is also available. Great breakfast in the morning (the owner raises own hens for eggs in breakfast). The room and the bathroom was clean. Good value.

Preso il taxi alla stazione di Cambridge do le indicazioni alla tassista della via e del bed &breakfast e immediatamente strada facendo inizia a darmi buone referenze del posto scelto. Arrivato a destinazione la gentile proprietaria mi accoglie è molto gentilmente mi mostra la camera : pulita ,profumata, confortevole e silenziosa. Bagno spazioso e doccia oversize. Dopo una dormita tranquilla il mattino successivo mi sono seduto in sala pranzo per la colazione : melone,fragole, kiwi arance tutto affettato e pronto da mangiare. Poi....uova al tegamino, bacon ,salsicce, funghi e pomodori cotti al forno pane tostato e burro......spremuta di arancia fresca. La proprietaria molto gentile mi ha anche aiutato a trovare la migliore soluzione per recarmi in un piccolo paese distante circa 20miglia. Ci tornerò di sicuro, ne vale la pena.

Trevligt bemötande trots att jag var försenad till incheckningen. Rosa var mån om att boendet skulle vara bekvämt (skön säng). Jag hade en lite stuga på gården med TV, egen toalett och dusch. Det fanns gott om varmvatten. Stugan var kanske lite lyhörd men det var ett lugnt området utan störningar från trafik. Avståndet till centrum var OK, det tog kanske 20-30 minuter att gå. Jag åkte taxi från de centrala delarna av Cambridge två kvällar, vilket kostade nio respektive elva pund, vilket jag tycker var överkomligt. Jag fick själv bestämma när jag ville ha frukost serverad och det var en traditionell engelsk frukost vilken höll mig mätt gott och väl fram till lunch. Rosa är en lättillgänglig person och berättade gärna om hur det är att leva i Cambridge. Friendly reception. With time for a chat. Clean room with private toilet and shower, plenty of hot water and a comfortable bed. Traditional English breakfast in sufficient quantity. Quiet location without disturbing traffic. 20-30 minute walk to the city center. Taxi for £ 9-11. Possible improvement: a bottle of mineral water in the room.

En meget hyggelig og serviceinnstilt vertinne. Veldig rent og hjemmekoselig. God frokost. Sentral beliggenhet ( kun noen minutter med buss ) til å utforske Cambridge. Kommer gjerne tilbake.

Rosa is an excellent cook! The breakfast was a pleasant experience and she even provided a variety of things for me so that I didn't get bored in my 3 weeks stay. I stayed in the garden room which was small but clean and cozy. The location was good for my purposes -- it is about half an hour walk from the city centre. However, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet: no traffic nor loud noises to keep you awake at night. I did'nt mind a little walking. Note: I stayed in the garden room which felt like my own small cabin. The WiFi didn't work in this room very well, but a fast wired connection was available anytime.

I enjoyed my stay at Rosa B&B, room is rather small, but clean and convenient. Nice bathroom. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area. I especially enjoyed breakfast, which was delicious (english breakfast plus plate of fresh fruits).
