The hotel and staff were really lovely. Room was clean, with some nice modern touches like the Chormecast to TV facility in our Executive room. I would of given it a much higher rating, however when asked for a couple of hours late check out, which I thought was included with my Gold status and VIP access, I was told I would have to pay £10 per hour. This was disappointing as the htel was definitely not full.

Friendly polite staff We had an issue with pur room after this was changed after 2 nights. Plenty of sanitising stations Be prepared to be patient at breakfast takes 1 hpur as all table service but grnerally only 2 staff on at 1 time

Lovely hotel, never had such a good nights sleep. The beds are literally like clouds! I struggled to get out of mine! Social distancing all very good. Very clean and presentable.Shower was so nice. Would stay again.
