The apartment opens onto a hallway leading to a spacious main room comprising a living area and a kitchen. The living area includes two sofa beds (not convertible), a TV, storage, a table and chairs, and a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a conventional oven, a microwave, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a countertop, and four bar stools. Both bedrooms have a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a vanity unit. There is a separate WC and a separate utility room with a washing machine. The accommodation is located just 200 meters from the Cambo-les-Bains thermal baths. SMOKING IS PERMITTED OUTSIDE - WIFI INTERNET ACCESS IS AVAILABLE - NO PETS ALLOWED Bed linen and towels are not provided (available for a fee upon request to the agency). The rental must be left clean (a paid cleaning service is available). An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they consider to be inconsistent or anything our staff may have missed. If tenants vacate the accommodation on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before their departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-move-out inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property. Très beau et agréable logement pour 4 personnes. Bien situé. Belles chambres et literies. Garage apprécié. Merci à l’agence de laver les housses des 2 canapés du salon, merci au propriétaire de réparer toutes les lattes de l’un d’entre eux , nous n’avons pas pu nous en servir, malgré notre signalement .
