I arrived at 2200 to check-in after a long travel. The IT system "just broke" and couldn't be fixed with no backup plan of any kind. I was transferred to another hotel and checked in there at 0200.
Computer system was down. Took one hour and a half to find alternative which involved taking us by minibus to another Ibis Hotel 20 minutes further away from airport. During wait we were offered a limited free drink in the bar. Will never stay with this chain of hotels anywhere again!
For a budget hotel is okay, super small, nothing much in the room, but overall was fine to stay for a night when catching a flight

Ibis is an okay choice for an airport hotel. It’s much more convenient if you have a car - not so good for public transport, and one of the last Hoppa stops. Room is basic but clean - no frills at all. Clean and safe place for a night but nothing more - but then, would you really want to spend more than one night on Bath Rd?
Convenient, cost effective, did the job for my overnight stay

Lovely hotel that caters to airport travellers. Appreciated the amenities that were available 24 hours, and the proximity to the airport. Room was small and clean, and the renovated bathroom was a perk.

Standard Ibis cheap hotel. Good access to Heathrow with regular shuttle. Recommended for pre or post flight overnight with bar and basic restaurant.
It's an airport hotel, okay for a night. Location is not the best, being quite a ways along Bath Rd, and theres really nothing close by for a bite. Room is adequate, clean if basic.
Excellent. Clean quiet. Transit right outside the hotel. I would stay there again
