Situated on the west coast of the Crozon peninsula in the heart of the artists' quarter, 50 m from the quayside but in a quiet location, this house, renovated in 2023, combines old-world charm with modern comforts.  
  
Spacious house with a total surface area of 110 m² on 3 levels, with 3 bedrooms and a large landing on the top floor for additional sleeping accommodation.  
  
Located 800 m from the Sillon beach and close to all amenities and restaurants.  
  
\- Entrance: beach games, umbrella  
  
\- Kitchen: toaster, filter coffee maker, dolce gusto capsule coffee maker, microwave, kettle, blender-mixer-grater, pressure cooker, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washing machine, etc.  
  
\- Living room: television, DVD player, Wii, internet, board games, books and DVDs  
  
\- ground floor: sofa bed 140x190, (1 duvet 240x220, 2 pillows 65x65 in the 1st floor wardrobes)  
  
\- 1st floor bedrooms: 2 beds 140x190, 2 duvets 240x220, 6 pillows 65x65, 2 wardrobes with hangers and shelves

A lovely large house that adequately catered for a family group of 7 adults and our dog. Convieniently tucked away just off the harbour front. Great to have two bathrooms and two seperate toilets

#### Sehr schönes Stadthaus in bester Lage.

Wunderschöne Lage für tolle Wanderausflüge in der Region. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und super ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Etwas schwierig ist die Anfahrt zum Haus (sehr enge Straße). Schade, dass es keine Terrasse oder Balkon gibt - eben ein reines Stadthaus.
