The primary bedroom includes a king bed and en-suite bath with a tub, while the other two bedrooms each have queen beds. A second full bathroom and washer/dryer are conveniently located in the hallway. Two additional floor mattresses (twin and full) are available for flexible sleeping arrangements. Set on a full acre of park-like property, this home invites guests to take leisurely walks through the landscaped grounds or simply soak in the peaceful garden-like setting. Outside, you’ll also find a propane BBQ grill and plenty of seating for enjoying warm days and starry evenings. While the home sits high on the bluff to maximize its incredible views, several beach access points and boat launches are just minutes away by car—so guests can enjoy the best of both worlds: sweeping vistas from above and easy water access nearby. The home offers generous driveway parking for cars and trailers. The garage is not available for guest use. Whether you’re here for a peaceful weekend, a family vacation filled with pickleball tournaments, or a quiet work-from-home escape, this high-bank retreat is your gateway to the very best of Camano Island. Need to know: Outdoor furniture may be removed or covered during storm season and is typically available in summer. Fireworks are strictly prohibited at all times; violations may result in fines from local authorities. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.
