The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area 700 meters from the sea, the free beach and the bathing establishments of Lido di Camaiore. At 300 meters there are a supermarket, restaurants, bars and a playground in a pine forest. At 300 meters there is the citadel of the Viareggio carnival and the masked course where the floats parade is 1 km away. Lucca 15 minutes by car, the apartment can be an excellent base during the Comics period. Pisa 15 KM, Florence 60KM
