Above Casoli (1 km) 6 km from the centre of Camaiore, 15 km from the centre of Viareggio, 46 km from the centre of Pisa, on a slope, 13 km from the sea, in the woods. Private: terraced garden, 1'000 m2 (not fenced) with trees, natural garden. In the house: central heating system, heating to be paid on the spot (28.Mar. - 30.Oct.), heating available only from 31.Oct. - 27.Mar.. Parking at the house. Grocery 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Viareggio" 16 km, sandy beach "Lido di Camaiore" 13 km. Nearby attractions: Forte dei Marmi 20 km, Lucca 39 km, Carrara (cave marmo Fantiscritti) 58 km, Collodi (Pinocchio Park) 64 km, Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) 83 km, Firenze 126 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Torre del Lago 25 km. Hiking paths: Grotta dell´Onda 4 km. Please note: car recommended. Main road 10 m from the property.
