It is located 20 minutes by car from Palma airport, 15 minutes from the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, and also a short drive from several coastal towns with lovely beaches such as Illetas, Palmanova, Santa Ponsa, Peguera, etc. and famous marinas like Puerto Portals, Puerto Adriano and Puerto Andratx. This rental house in Calvià offers its guests three spacious rooms with 2 single beds and a 32-inch flat-screen TV in each, 3 bathrooms (two en-suite with showers and the third with a bathtub), a cosy living room with a 65-inch flat-screen TV and various board games, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table. From the rooms on the first floor, you can enjoy panoramic views over the town and mountains, and from the living room and dining room, views of the town's rooftops and the towers of its beautiful church. The highlight of this holiday home in Mallorca is its SPA area with a shower, a gym, a 10 m2 jacuzzi with water jets and bubbles, a Finnish sauna and massage chair with 16 pre-programmed massages and the option to choose the desired body massage area. The villa offers many possibilities (indoor and outdoor swimming pool, sauna, spacious apartment, modern bathrooms and a clean kitchen). The area is very friendly and the village is nice and small and quiet. The landlord's service was very courteous and very friendly. If you have any questions, the landlord was always available and could be reached by phone. All in all, a very nice villa and a very good service. Feel free to come back anytime. We had a nice stay in this villa, but for the price and the fact it’s AirBnb there should be basic amenities eg, salt/pepper, shower gel, chopping board, oil for cooking? Also, the cleaning fee of £150 didn’t include removing the bin bags or recycling which I don’t think is right. I thought the “house rules” was way over the top. Threatening to charge £100 for a broken glass is not really acceptable when someone is paying £900 for 4 nights. The villa itself was lovely and the pictures didn’t do it justice. A huge indoor spa pool, a massage chair(!), a punch bag (!!) and a pull up bar (!!!). I would rate the property highly but the great disappointment is the booking agent physically took a €1500 deposit. £75 of bank charges and £25 of exchange movements later I got my money back. Not even car rentals physically do that. I therefore won’t ever book a property using słow villas as the agent again. ##### Nigel F. It was better than we expected, the pictures really don't do it justice. This villa has air con and tv's in every room, it's very modern and recently updated , i would say it has everything you would need for a fabulous luxury vacation. Calvia is a beautiful quite village with just a handful of bars and restaurants around a 10 minute walk away. It's a five minute walk to the local convenience store which sells almost everything you need. Palma nova was only a ten minute taxi ride and cost about 9 euros most taxi only allow four passengers. We would highly recommend this villa we had a lovely holiday. ##### warren w. ---
