The spacious exterior area is perfect to bask in the sun on the sun loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue or have an aperitif on the large porch before going for a walk in this exclusive area of ​​Mallorca. The house has two floors. The completely renovated main floor offers a living room with TV and AC; the kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher; and two bedrooms with a double bed and AC, one of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. There is another bathroom with a bathtub on this floor. Man muss aussenherum, um von der einen Wohnung in die andere zu gelangen. Die Betten sind zum Teil sehr klein, so dass nicht jedes Zimmer als Doppelzimmer genutzt werden kann.
