Perfect beach location
We had a great stay here. The staff were so friendly and the hotel was spotless! Our only grumble was the beds are very firm and wasn't to our liking, and the sunbeds are situated VERY close together around the pool - felt a bit like being a sardine in a can. So if you like space this isnt for you and being an adults only it was also very quiet. Saying that, i would definitely come here again. The rear of the property takes you to the beach in 2 mins (walk) with loads of shops/supermarkets. The rooms are a great size with everything you need for self catering.

Apartments in an excellent location close to palma nova beach and plenty of restaurants and shops to check out. The rooms are clean and tidy. Room cleaned every two days. Only issue was the beds were too hard. Would of liked the pool bar to be open in the evening.

The property was as it said in the booking 50 yards from the beach and a beautiful beach. Plus all the bars and amenities r just outside . Staff wer fantastic and very polite it’s small and compact which is perfect for this place can’t wait to go back .

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Would have been nice if pool/jacuzzi stayed open later, if they had valet parking, if wifi signal was stronger, and if they offered a breakfast buffet.

Just back from a girly holiday with my best friend.Hotel is very clean and in a great position.,so close to bars and 5 minutes to the beach.Staff we’re friendly.Will definitely stay here again when back in Majorca.Only 1 small gripe no drawers at all in the junior suite.

Great place, lovely pool area, friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble for them to help you have a fantastic stay. Would recommend a pool view room. A number of different lifts made it easy to get to any level. Room 517 was everything and more than what we expected. Definitely will be returning to Sol Lunamar.

This was our second stay at the Sol Lunamar and would definitely recommend it. had a slight problem with the aircon but was sorted straight away. reception staff were polite and courteous especially Margarita in which nothing was too much trouble for her. The hotel was very central for bars and shops.

Great location- back gate takes you out opposite son matias beach - staff really pleasant- self catering facilities in room with 2 ring hob/pots etc - food at pool bar very good and cheap- will definitely return - bus stop outside back of hotel to airport A12

We had a standard room without a view. On check in it was a bit worrying as we were told it was not a good room and they tried to upgrade us for a fee. This was a little upsetting as a first impression. The room was adequate and what we expected for our price. I have worked in hospitality and we always tried to give the best experience to our guests. If superior rooms were empty we would use them to give an even better experience than expected. Overall great experience lovely pool area and pool bar. Palms Nova is very touristy we really struggled to find authentic Tapas etc… Lovely beaches and great location.

Lovely Hotel, great location, clean, great pool, beach access is at rear of hotel .Nice friendly bar staff, games area, pool etc. Rooms have small kitchen with microwave and hob ( no kettle ) some people have said the beds are hard but to be honest they suited us fine and we slept perfectly. Lastly this is a quiet hotel, no huge parties of people , mainly mature adults. Reccomended

Awful service. Run very poorly. Brutal management.
Sol Lunamar is run by heartless people. We were unable to travel because of Covid, and they were unwilling to refund, or even give us a credit. Hotels.com was even less help, as the two of them bounced back and forth blaming each other and nothing got done as I watched my money fall in the pockets of Sol Lunamar, while I was unable to even visit.

Good location, extremely quite, only a 15 minute walk to maguluf strip. My 5th time to palma nova/maguluf and this is by far the best location for peace and close enough to feel apart of the wild side

4th stay at Sol Lunamar. Amazing location and property mostly excellent as always. However a few issues with room 609, the door would not open very easily with the swipe card provided. Would often take approx 10 attempts to get in however the card worked well in other areas. The shower was over a small 1/2 bath and had high sides which you had to climb over by squeezing between the end of it and the toilet as the glass shower screen was along the side. Would be impossible for anyone older or less mobile and very unsafe as not even a handle to use when climbing in and out. Finally, the kettle was old and took 13 minutes to boil (we timed it). Would stay again but this bathroom needs updated urgently.

Adults only was wonderful. Quietness of the hotel. Location was spot on. Need more umbrellas around pool area. Mattresses in rooms were too hard for me. All in all would stay here again.

Nice quick check in. The room was basic but really clean and had everything it needed. Bar and games room was nice to have but the pool & pool bar were the main good points for me. Great location on the edge of Palmanova with everything within walking distance and a bus stop right outside if needed to go any further or to/from the airport on the A11.

I can't believe European showers don't have full enclosure. It's a single glass panel so water splashes EVERYWHERE....I spent so much time on a dangerously wet slippery floor. The bed was ridiculously hard and the room was not AT ALL soundproof. Its in the Magaluf section so expect drunken noise. I liked the building, amenities, and kitchenette though :)

nice stay, could do with some entertainment!
The hotel was in a really good location, 10 minute walk along the beach if you want to party the night away in one direction and 10 minute walk in the other direction if you want a nice relaxed evening with a nice meal and some milder entertainment. I would highly recommend trying out 'The Grillhouse' across the road from the back entrance of the hotel. The hotel interior is nice and modern, however the budgeting of the hotel does let them down. you have to pay a deposit for the aircon remote and also tv remote/special plug. We stayed for 10 nights and whilst the cleaners made our beds up every 2 days they did not change the sheets which was quite disappointing with the price we paid, this is the very bare minimum you would expect. we found a number of cockroaches within our bathroom which was very unpleasant. It would have been good for the hotel to provide some form of entertainment, it would go a long way! a few suggestions would be, every couple of days at the pool have an optional game of volley ball, or water aerobics - it would really encourage business and socialising. Another suggestion would be an early evening entertainer out by the bar, maybe a singer or even a quiz! that again would encourage guests to buy more drinks at the bar, before heading out to a night out / meal. over all we had a good holiday and the staff were all very nice, especially the bar staff and the cleaners. be wary if you do go out to Magaluf though, as my partner's phone was stolen!!

Considering the price, it was very comfortable, spacious and clean. Also friendly staff, allways ready to help. The only problem were the wifi was not working at all in the room and very weak in the lobby. Also the elctricity in our room was keep switching off when using the hobb. Otherwise we were pleased with our stay.
