Recent trip to Palmanova
I stayed here with one of my friends (ages 26-27). The hotel is around 40 euros from the airport via taxi. The hotel is near the beach. The first night we got there, the power went off in the hotel, which was quite frustrating. It’s in walking distance from the beach and close to bars and restaurants. However, the area - especially Magaluf is filled with a bunch of teenagers (17-21) and it’s a little too crazy. I would suggest staying in Palma if you are looking for a bit of an older crowd. The rooms are clean and quite modern. The food is typical all inclusive food - not much variety though. I would likely not stay here again but rather in Palma

Hotel was so clean and the staff were very friendly. Location was excellent, quiet at night and 2 min walk from the beach. Would highly recommend the hotel and would return. Only one thing that let the hotel slightly down was thst it was not great for people with mobility problems. Family member had to change lifts to get to room. Too many steps to get up to the pool. Yes their was a wheelchair lift but it could be a bit embarrassing for some people.

Last minute break
Had a lovely time at this hotel. Pleased to be given a low floor room with a street view. Two minute stroll to the seafront and shops, pubs etc. Rooms trendy, large TV and nice to have a couch to sit on for a change! Free fridge in room which was a bonus! Didn't stay in to see what the entertainment was like but there was certainly something on every night, which catered for adults and children. Choice of food at the buffet was excellent and the drinks from the dispensers (coke, fresh orange etc) were included which I have not had before when half-board.

What an amazingly clean hotel. the food was lovely always fresh and varied, the staff could not do enough for you , it was our twin sons birthday. So they puts bottle of buck fiz in there too. The manager greeted you in The restaurant in the evening. He was so friendly and helpful, this is a family hotel with lots of entertainment,

Good location, nice hotel
This hotel deserves its 3* rating, the staff were lovely, the food was good, the rooms were comfy. On arrival the reception area was spotlessly clean, light and modern and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, nice beds, clean linen and pillows a nice bathroom with big shower and hairdryer (if you need one). We were pleased with the clean faux-leather sofa positioned in front of the 32" flat screen which had BBC, 2 and ITV with an excellent picture perfect for watching Wimbledon! Good UPVc double glazing which blocks the noise from the road, nice sized balcony. Only moan is that the air-con doesn't come on until 2 pm so you can't have a lie in before it gets too hot, not so great if you have a hangover! We were half-board, this was perfect for us so we could stay at the beach. This was sensible as most of the restaurants we found in this area sold burgers, pizza and chips etc so not very appetizing. There was a large selection of food, lots of fresh fruit and puddings!. We over ate and are now on a diet!! Pool should be bigger for the size of the hotel but we didn't use it and went to the beach instead.

Great modern hotel
Arrived at hotel to find a new face of the hotel, the entrance and reception area was completely new! Throughout my stay they were updating the sun beds and chairs and tables for outside! Compared to the pictures the hotel is so much better in the flesh! The bedrooms still need abit of updating but I think they are getting done as we speak!

Great holiday at thei Hotel.
The staff here are all Fantastic,The food is very good.We stayed last year.We gave the food a 9/10, Thia year we gave 8/10, But still so much to choose from. The hotel is having a revamp this winter so will look better.The outside area,pool ect need a revamp. It was out second time here and will definately come again next year.We did hear others complain but we loved it.We have advised our extended family to go next year with us. The receptionists are all so lovely,polite and very well mannerd. Angela,Sofia,Lita and Toni. Just great service. The waiters are all good and the Barlady/waitress. Just a great holiday here.

The hotel was ok. The best thing was the swimming pool with its slide. Although it's a small one, the children enjoyed it a lot. Food was good too. Although the selection wasn't huge, there was always something good for every one. Some days everything looked great. Desserts were repetitive. The location was good, just a few steps from the beach, and with plenty of parking space next to the hotel. The two negative points for me were: * Air conditioning times. It was only available from 12-4 pm and 7pm to 6am. Which means that during the summer we woke up sweating, and could not go up to relax after the breakfast because it was too hot. * TV. there were no kids TV channels, and only two news channels in English and even only two TV channels in Spanish (not the best ones). Most of the available TV was in French.

Great holiday with my two young kids age 4 and 7. Hotel staff were amazing and the kids club and the entertainment crew were just fantastic. Super friendly. The only negative thing about the hotel is very thin walls.

Good family area, nice pool only problem is german peole up early and put towels on sunbeds then only sat on them late afternoon. Good entertainment diffrent every night You have to pay for air conditioning and still only get 3 hrs, if you leave room cleaners turn it off. Food- lots of choice and snacks provided through day.

Great Location
This hotel, was in a great location, couple of minutes from the lovely sandy beach, the food was good with great variety at every mealtime, self service bar which is good, lots to do out and about we done the Pirates show which was fantastic and katmandu all in walking distance, would certainly recomend this hotel.

The Hotel is a 3-star hotel. Its "all inclusive" deal was/is a great money saver, but you get what you pay for being that it is a 3-star hotel. The plus is the 11am-11pm All you can eat/drink snack bar (which includes free booze!). So that my friends is a huge plus :D especially if you plan to pregame. The hotel does have activities to do. You must ask about it though! It's NOT clearly labeled or advertised, but it does exist. There were a lot, and I mean A LOT of retired people. So if you're a younger couple or single or stag/hen party group, don't expect too much out of the partying to happen in the hotel (you'll travel to Magaluf anyway). The hotel really is what it's meant to be, sleeping and eating. The location really is only 200m from the water in Palma Nova. The water was unnaturally cold (strange weather), but crystal clear :) Definitely would come back in the Summer to Palma Nova. The bus stop is next to the beach, so taking rides to Magaluf or Palma isn't to bad. Roughly a 15 min ride. All in all its not a bad deal. What you make of it of course is all up to you.

Pretty good experience
Overall good experience, airconditioning worked well, rooms were updated and clean. Staff was helpful and polite. Had room where is possible to connect two rooms, door between rooms were poorly sound proofed, could heard neighbors very clearly when talking normally. Also would expect some separate supplies in bathrooms, only shampoo pump on the wall. Also room safe cost separately.

Great and peacefull Hotel
Really helpfull and nice stuff. Location was good: supermarket, beach, bus stop and Chinese stalls just few minutes from the Hotel. Pool area was sunny and quiet. We really loved our stay there and would deffinitelly recommend OLA Hotel to those, who wants to relax and enjoy, without drunk People and loud music. And Palmanova area was 10/10👌

Soggiorno indimenticabile
Io e mia moglie abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. L’Hotel si trova a circa 150 metri dalla spiaggia e vicino alla struttura ci sono molti negozi. Le stanze sono molto spaziose e soprattutto sono molto pulite. Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Abbiamo vissuto a pieno l’hotel poiché mia moglie è incinta e con l’opzione All Inclusive abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi offerti. L’animazione è fantastica e perfetta anche per coloro che non conoscono molto le lingue. La piscina è grande e i lettini sono sempre disponibili anche nei periodi più affollati. Per quanto riguarda il cibo, da italiano devo dire che ho mangiato molto bene, ogni sera c’è una specialità diversa, dalla paella all’arrosto, dalla pasta alla carne e il tutto è disponibile a buffet e si può mangiare quanto si vuole. Ottimi anche i dolci e le bevande, anch’esse con un’ottima varietà, dalla coca cola alla birra, dal vino rosso/bianco/rosè alle spremute. Ritorneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chi vuole rilassarsi e per chi ha dei bambini. Un ringraziamento speciale anche al direttore, una persona gentile e sempre presente per qualsiasi necessità!

Really good hotel with extreme service minded staff. We booked with half pension and the dinners was good but at the end of the week a bit tiresome, we decided to eat out the last two nights.

Mukava hotelli lähellä rantaa
Hotellin henkilökunta oli todella palvelualtis ja mukava. Hotelli oli lähellä rantaa, n. 100m ja lähellä oli myös mukavia ravintoloita ja paikallisia baareja. Mallorcan keskukseen Palmaan pääsi helposti bussilla ja bussipysäkki oli lähellä hotellia. Hotellin tarjoamilla ruuilla oli runsaasti valinnan varaa ja ruoka oli hyvää. Olin matkalla kaverini kanssa ja me molemmat olimme tyytyväisiä hotellin sijaintiin ja tarjontaan.

Personnel souriant, compétent et accueillant
Une semaine mi mai passée dans cet hôtel. Personnel vraiment sympathique faisant tout pour satisfaire les clients. Bon contact et souriant avec toujours un mot gentil, s'adaptants aux langues parlées. Locaux agréables et propres. Seul bémol, un peu bruyant (un hôtel etait en construction juste à côté...). Bonne exposition proche des plages, bars et magasins.
