The hotel is conveniently located as Palma is reachable by bus and it's a short drive from the airport. It has a lovely pool and access to the sea so that you can choose what you prefer. Breakfast is amazing with all that you can imagine, they also serve food throughout the day at their bar by the pool. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, and mine had a lovely sea view, as I had requested. Staff are always available and very polite.

Spectacular view for our 10 year anniversary.
The building location was great, away from the hustle and bustle but we were still able to walk to a beach, diners and shops. We were able to catch the bus in either direction just a half block away from the hotel front door. 15-20 bus ride to Palma which was such a nice town. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was missing some standard hotel room items like a box of tissue, body wash cloth and iron for clothes.

Excellent. The hotel unfortunately didnt offer evening meals. I gave us the chance to explore more. The bar wasnt always open. That is the after effect if covid. Lovely breakfast outlook and sea side pool are

Need some rehabilitation.
Beautiful place by the water. Breakfast is top quality. The pictures from room sea view was not the same as reality. I have asked for higher floor but put down by excuse that hotel is currently overbooked. Not recommend to pay extra for sea view. The room had a cockroach.

Disappointing room experience
We had paid extra for a superior room with a sea view - this was not the case with room 607 which we were allocated. We upgraded to a junior suite for 4 days - extra cost 284 euros, and then had to transfer to another room 519, for our final night. This room was fine - why could we not have been allocated this room or similar for all five nights. This was very disappointing although the staff were helpful and tried to sort things out. It needs to be made much clearer about the type of room you will be allocated - some are definitely much better than others.

Toilets could do with a privacy screen
The hotel is nice, clean (apart from under the bed). The view from the room was amazing over looking the rocky beach cove. The room did however have a bathroom with a glass screen. With no sound proofing! So not ideal if your not on your own. One thing which was definitely annoying was the parking situation... Although out of their control - i was unable to book the parking through the internet as it didnt take British cards?!?! We ended up with a 40€ fine which you have to pay at a bank! Yes quite strange. Apart from that a nice location, nice room, friendly staff. Enjoy.

The ocean is good for the soul!
Perfectly located only 10-15 mins drive away from Palma town, on the water (small beach to the side of the hotel) - really all you need. Staff were super friendly, was easy to get in and out and rooms were comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again!

Nice rooms and views and direct access to sea. Breakfast buffet is good minus the juices and coffee machine. WiFi is almost inexistent less then 1mbps . People staying here are usually part of an arranged tour from Sweden, Germany, Holland,France. Big groups taking up a lot of space. All staff except recept man are friendly.

You can use ladders on the rocks to get in and out to swim in the sea in a private bay (shared with other hotels). When it's calm, there are lots of fish to see - worth taking a snorkel and mask.

Nice hotel in an upmarket resort near Palms
I like this hotel my room had a lovely sea view and a large balcony with 2 loungers and a table and 2 chairs breakfast was tasty with a lovely view over the bay.

Absolutely beautiful!
The property is beautiful with excellent pool area with small beach for swimming in the sea as well. A larger beach is within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was delicious, again with a beautiful view of the sea and pool area. The staff were very helpful and everything was just as we hoped it would be, if not more. The rooms were spacious with a beautiful balcony. Thanks for the great stay during part of our honeymoon!

Nice room eventually.
The first room I was given had dozens of ants crawling over the desk. Reception immediately moved me to another room and I had no further issues for the duration of the stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was very nice. Good if you just want to relax and sunbathe or go paddle boarding etc, however there is little in the way of tourist attractions walkable, although you can get a bus to Palma very easily.

FABULOUS HOTEL IN SUPERB POSITION
WHAT A TERRIFIC HOTEL. MODERN, IMMACULATE, LOVELY STAFF, GREAT FOOD. WONDERFUL POSITION OVERLOOKING THE SEA. LOTS OF SUNBEDS. NICE POOL. TWO MINUTES WALK TO BUS STOP. TWENTY MINUTES INTO PALMA. 1.50 EUROS ON THE BUS. 45 MINUTES WALK TO PORTAL NOUS. A FEW GOOD BARS, RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS FIVE MINUTES WALK FROM THE HOTEL. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN.

Not worth the expense
The staff was unaccommodating and borderline rude. Our room was tiny, poorly decorated, the air conditioning barely functioned and it did not have sufficient bathroom supplies such as washcloths and tissues. When I inquired about these things I was told we had booked a "standard" room through Expedia as opposed to a "superior" room. A 4 star hotel at $160 per night does not supply washcloths? I've had better accommodations at a Best western. I heard other guests complaining that doors did. It lock or that safes did not function. Also the only way to swim is to jump off a small cliff. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The newly renovated rooms are beautiful and facing the ocean, is the best view from any hotel I have ever seen. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Unfortunately, the food at the pool is overpriced and pretty terrible, and the staff at the pool are not very friendly or helpful. One issue with the room- the AC doesnt stay on throughout the night. We spoke to the front desk about this and they said it is on all day and will blow air at night but the central air needs a break at night so it is not kept on...this made for some very uncomfortable nights of sleep when it is hot summer!

My stay at hotel playa marina was wonderful. The hotel has sun lounges wrapping around onto the ocean. Breakfast was wonderful (with a gorgeous view), with a vast variety of options... Coffee could've been better but hey. The room and all the hotel was pristinely clean and the maids cleaned it each day. The hotel restaurant was really average/a little overpriced I wouldn't bother except for breakfast.

Rooms fairly small good views of sea/coast
Very clean well kept hotel fair few Germans stay here who demand a good standard. Breakfasts plentiful great setting on balcony over the pool if you get there early. Evening meal taken in bar as hotel nearly empty for end of season was generous and well cooked reasonably good value as well for the area. Rooms are fairly small but adequate and well equipped and presented, upgraded room has glass wall to bathroom which can present an odd view to anyone in the room foyer. Small balcony with table and two chairs with great views from most rooms of the sea, higher rooms the better views I would think.

Misleading Hotel info
The pictures shown of the rooms are not what we got. We called the front desk because we were having trouble finding the hotel. When we finally got there the front desk guy was rude. He said "How could you miss it the sign is right there!" And proceeded to laugh at us. There was no shower curtain for the shower so water went everywhere in the bathroom. The sheets were stained. The balcony door lock did not work nor did the safe in the room. We had to waste our time on vacation to wait for someone to come up to the room to fix it. Would not stay here again and would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Good quiet location. Lovely beach side restaurants near by.

Nice hotel, good rooms, good breakfasts
Our experience of the staff with the exception of the chamber maids was disappointing. The manager was aloof and unfriendly unwilling to discuss problems with the visitors and the rest of the staff seemed to follow his example. The house keeping staff were excellent. The room was excellent along with the breakfasts, we were booked bed and breakfast only.
