"We had a lovely view with balcony of the sea and the beach in town. We enjoyed the breakfast option but did not eat dinners in the Hotel. Many dinner options within a 5-10 minute walk downhill. Getting back up took a lot longer ! Outdoor pool was refreshing. Did jump into the sea 1 day which was also refreshing with some snorkeling. Getting out with the sea ladder is not for beginners. You can walk downhill to the public beaches and enter from the beach. Was not able to book excursions at the hotel but in town there are many options to book. Food and beverage options at the pool bar were very good and affordable. Enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and staff there."

"Perfect for our two night break. Fabulous view from our bungalow facing the sea. Watching the sun rise We had the best time. Our check in was very disappointing though as the man we found to be very rude. Nowhere to buy water at 1am on arrival and he said everything is closed including the bar. No water in the room. It was only on check out day I heard a man ask for water that they happily give bottles of water. Then we walked to find the bungalows and the key didn’t work. We went back to reception which was quite a walk at 1 am and no apology However all other staff on reception after were wonderful. It didn’t ruin our stay but could see how first impressions can."

"We were really impressed with this hotel. Great location. Pool was good too (just beware it’s 3m deep!) and not a fight for a sunbed. The bar at the pool was reasonably priced and the unlimited brunch was excellent - just a great touch that made it feel premium. It was generally very clean but the bathroom looked tired (but bear in mind this was September after a busy season) and I’m not sure our bedding was changed in the 6 nights we were there. All in all, we’d absolutely rebook this hotel and would recommend it to friends and family."

"4th stay here this year, fantastic hotel & i didn't want to leave & can't wait to come back, facilities are good, staff are great & the food is nice & good value oh & the area is beautiful. I was seriously considering extending my stay & wish i had,i got to the airport & stuck on the plane over 3 hours then cancelled flight so i booked along Arenal for 2 further nights, i should of stayed where i was, Arenal does not compare to ona hotel & Paguera."
