Budget friendly
Evacuated from our booked accommodation due to storm ciaran I booked 4 rooms for the family at really short notice. Excellent value for money, simple automated check in and provided warm dry rooms. Obviously you do get what you pay for nut it was clean and well maintained if very basic!

The rooms were very small and whilst the beds were comfortable, there was little space for luggage. The bathroom was too small- almost dangerous.

Stayed here a few times. Parking is so easy, a short walk into the Centre of Bayeux. Nice and quiet and easy to get to. Rooms are basic and functional but that is all that is needed. Good TV, nice shower, lovely bed, nice breakfast in the morning if you want it!

Good value basic accommodation
Ideal for what we needed. Basic accommodation in a good location & easily walkable into town. Good price for the area - free parking and an adequate breakfast included. Room is quite small but we were only two people in a triple room so had space on the bed above to put our bags

Very quiet, automated entry for check in went smoothly. The optional breakfast was good. The only downside was the size of the toilet and shower, quite small for a larger person.

Enjoyed our stay at Premiere classe hotel Bayeux, rooms are a bit on the small size but the staff was really nice, breakfast was very good and plentiful, bedroom was cleaned perfect and the hotel is situated in a lovely setting .Many thanks to the receptionist Laurence for her very good service.

Great value for your money. Walking distance to Dday museum and British cemetery. Only one restaurant close by. Walking distance to centre of town restaurants but make reservations night before for dinner. Train station 15 minute walk.

Avoid room 103
Avoid room 103. It has a floor to ceiling window, the top half of which opens fully and it is situated above the entrance. This means that people stare into the room approaching the hotel, the door clatters upon opening/ shutting and the smokers congregate outside the front door with their smoke blowing into the room and their talk disturbing. The solution is to close the window and curtain but the a/c doesn’t cool the room enough, and, who wants to sit in the dark on a sunny evening. The real solution is to go in to town and not sit in the hotel which we did. Breakfast fine, auto check in easy.

Excellent value for money
This low budget hotel is in walking distance to the city centre, the British Commonwealth Cemetery and the Museum of the Battle of Normandy. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom, however, was a bit tiny. A simple breakfast is offered for 6,20 Euro. This hotel is a very good base to explore the different D-day sites. Highly recommended.

Bathroom was a little small and the shower kind of gets water everywhere, but this was inexpensive, so it was fine. The best thing was that they have an automated check-in machine outside that I used since I arrived late. It worked great and I was so glad it was there.

The room was clean, very comfortable beds, great air conditioning. The rooms are small with very small bathrooms. There are no toiletries or a hair dryer, but we brought our own so this was not an issue. The breakfast was good, basic European breakfast, bread, cheese, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee. I would definitely stay here again, close walking distance to restaurants and train station.

Compact but adequate.
I was on my own in the room so plenty of room, the room was compact but adequate. It is over half a mile from the centre of Bayeux, so a long walk to the restaurants for evening meals or drinks.

Front desk person not friendly, No A/C or fan. Could not even turn around in the shower it was so small and water ran out into the room due to poor shower design.

Walking distance to Bayeux Tapestry & Cathedral
A great basic hotel in walking distance of Bayeux cathedral and tapestry. 5* for a cheap hotel, with great service. It is very basic, however, it was clean and had all what we needed - we used it for a base for 2 nights and could not fault it, expecially on the price. One night we came back late and a couple of cars had parked across 2 spaces, therefore, we had to park in the veterinary clinic opposite and move the car in the morning - but not the hotels fault and wasn't a major problem.

The location, not far from the train station, and almost out in the country among the fields, is great. It is efficient and has everything essential for a good stay. One day, the cleaner took my towels and forgot to bring me clean ones. The rooms are small and have very little storage space. The bathroom floor was rotting. But overall, I was very happy.

Clean and the price is good.
Hotel was clean. Nothing fancy but adequate for a budget hotel. Small rooms and cruise ship size shower. Breakfast had choices of pastries, cereal and yogurt. Self check in was quick and easy.

Room for four was too small to roll suitcase.
Can't beat the price, but the room with room for four was too small to roll/drag carry-on between the double bed and the wall and there was barely room for the suitcases. Clean and spare. The second room was handicapped accessible with a double bed and the space was more than sufficient. Close to Bayeau, quiet. Service friendly and helpful. If you arrive after 8pm, the front desk is closed, but there is an automated machine for checking in and getting a room keycard. It didn't work for me because the machine would not dispense the room card. I didn't notice the "call this cell phone number" on the wall for such occurrences and I sat in my car with my family for 30 minutes calling in vain at 10pm for help from Hotels.com and the reservation number. Luckily the hotel down the street knew the cell number and called for us and a custodian was on it. Thank the heavens, as Hotels.com was no help at all. Parking is free and right in front of front door. Pleasant location. Two towels and pillows, decent blanket and mattress. Plenty of hot water for shower.
