Hello, we're sorry but our parking policy has not changed. We always take charge of the Rives de l'Orne underground car park from 6pm to 9am as long as you validate your ticket at the hotel reception.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We are really sorry to hear about your parking issue. Indeed, it does not really matter that the ticket has been validated at the reception or not, the car park machine should not retain you ticket. So it had to be a problem with the carpark machine, and not with the ticket validation by the hotel. Unfortunately, we are working with the carpark but we can't really solve any issue due to their equipment. We are really sorry for the inconvenience and we hope that you enjoyed the rest of your stay anyway.
