"Stunning location by the river. Remote and peaceful. Don't take a big car!!! Its a narrow track to the cottage!!! Well equipped kitchen. Lovely outside decking area. Comfortable lounge. Very helpful neighbours and hosts. Our only complaint was the very noisy boiler which woke the whole house up every morning !"

"The property suited our needs for a Chrismas get together with family and friends, it had all the amenities required to cook a Christmas dinner for 8 adults.Unfortunatly the indoor pool was closed and had been closed for sometime, this was not indicated on the website or at any time during the booking window, and in fact the web site of the resort indicate it would be open before and after Christmas, this was one of the reasons we chose this particular property so was a little disappointed."

"This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had with a holiday rental. We ended up not staying the night at all, despite paying 357 for a one-night stay – which is completely unreasonable given the state of the property.The outdoor areas were dirty and unusable, with neglected furniture and no signs of recent cleaning. Inside, the sofa and lounge area were grubby and uncomfortable. The whole place felt uncared for and unclean – nothing like the photos or description.The directions provided were also vague and unclear, making it difficult to find the property in the first place.Ultimately, we felt so uncomfortable that we left and had to book a last-minute hotel, adding extra cost and stress to our holiday.We do not recommend this property and hope others are spared the same experience."
