### Villa IVARS by Abahana Villas
GREAT VILLA TO RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE POOL, for maximum 7 + 2 people.
DISTRIBUTION: This large villa of 240m2 is distributed over two floors, connected by an internal staircase. On the main floor, pool level, we have three bedrooms (one with double bed, one with two single beds and the last with a single bed) and two full bathrooms (one with shower en suite and the other with a bathtub). We have a kitchen with ceramic hob and a large living room with iron fireplace. Finally we find the beautiful riurau characteristic of the rustic farms of the time but with the comforts of today. On the upper floor we have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, another with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. We also have a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a large open terrace overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains of the area.
EXTERIOR: It has a large closed plot of about 1,500 m2 with space to park our vehicles inside it. In front of the villa is the large terrace with swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and with outside shower. We have an outdoor kitchen with a covered dining room where we can eat sheltered from the intense summer sun. We also have a full bathroom next to this dining room.
LOCATION: Just 1000 meters from the fine sandy beach of Puerto Blanco Marina. In this port we also find a great restaurant and a chiringuito where we can refresh ourselves with a drink. Located in a quiet urbanization of Calpe.
OTHERS: AIR CONDITIONING IN A BEDROOM (with single bed) ON THE GROUND FLOOR AND IN A BEDROOM (with double bed) ON THE UPPER FLOOR. FREE WIFI INTERNET. GROUND FLOOR ENABLED FOR DISABLED PEOPLE.
