LAYOUT: Close to the cozy town of Calpe, Villa Amar offers a perfect retreat for an excellent family holiday or among friends.
This interesting property offers a perfect blend of comfort and privacy, set against the backdrop of the amazing mountain views of the Maryvilla area and situated close to the legendary Puerto Blanco harbor.
The villa is designed to provide a quiet living experience, with an expansive terrace that is the heart of the home. The terrace is an oasis of relaxation, with ample space for both sun and shade. Multiple shaded areas, created by elegant pergolas and mature trees, offer the perfect spots to unwind with a good book, enjoy a leisurely meal, or simply take in the magnificent surroundings.
Inside, the villa offers spacious rooms with large windows ensuring that the beauty of the outdoors is never far away. Furthermore, it has 2 wide kitchens, ideal to make fantastic meals for our loved ones.The floors are connected with an outdoor stairway.
The villa AMAR offers as well a little extra space right in front of the lower floor bedrooms, offering the possibility to host another person or our pets.
EXTERIOR: A large pool area complements the villa keeping the greatest privacy at all times. The villa is at the corner of a large plot with no other villas next to that side, which ensures privacy at his best.Amazing sea and mountain views can be appreciated whilst having great family time around the pool.Large pergolas are guaranteeing a perfect place in the shade to have a cool drink or to read a book.
The villa is complemented with an attractive bar area, equipped with the barbecue facilities which offers a great time whilst having our meals among loved ones. Fantastic palm trees in the surrounded garden area give that extra Mediterranean factor that all holiday guests are all looking for.
SITUATION: Situated in a quiet residential area, the villa is only a 5 minutes drive away from the center of Calpe, with all its amenities like restaurants, bars and shops. As well, the impressive beach of el Arenal is close by. The luxury port of Puerto Blanco is at a walking distance, making the location of the villa an excellent choice for those who want to be in the shortest distance from the beach and restaurants possible.
