Saona Villas presents this exceptional villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 10 people, with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread over two floors.  
  
This villa is located in a privileged area given the proximity to the sea. The nearest cove is only 150 m away and the sandy beach is 1.4 km away, as well as supermarkets and restaurants.  
  
Ground floor: Living / dining room (with TV and access to the covered terrace and swimming pool). Equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer - Oven - Microwave - Dishwasher - Coffee maker - Toaster - Blender). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed). 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds). A bathroom.  
  
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (with 2 single beds in each). 1 double bedroom (with air conditioning, a double bed and en-suite bathroom). 1 bathroom.  
  
Equipment: Free WiFi Internet connection. Hair dryer. Iron. Washing machine. Air conditioning: in the master bedroom.  
  
Outside (fenced plot): Terrace with private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. Portable barbecue and garden furniture. Parking for 3 vehicles (the garage is closed and unoccupied during rentals).
