Travel with Saona Villas to this magnificent holiday villa with private pool for 8 people in a quiet residential area of ​​Calpe (Costa Blanca).  
  
Ideal for family holidays in a comfortable villa. Air conditioning in all rooms and wifi included. This beautiful villa is distributed over 2 floors connected by an internal staircase.  
  
On the ground floor: Living / dining room (with air conditioning and TV, which opens onto the beautiful covered terrace). Fully equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Juicer, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 1 bedroom (with a double air conditioning bed). 1 shower room. WC.  
  
Upstairs: 2 double bedrooms (with a double bed and air conditioning in each). 1 shower room. 1 double bedroom (with air conditioning, en-suite shower room and access to a terrace with beautiful views).  
  
Equipment: Hairdryer. Washing machine. Free wifi Internet connection. Iron. Air conditioning: in the living room and in the 4 bedrooms.  
  
Outside: Large partly covered terrace with built-in barbecue. Private swimming pool 8 x 4 m with Roman steps. Parking for 2 cars.  
  
Approximate distances: This villa is located in a privileged area, given the tranquility and proximity to beaches and shops. It is located just 3 km from the center of Calpe, restaurants and supermarkets. The nearest beach is 3.5 km away.
