Saona Villas presents this villa located in the quiet area of El Tosal a few minutes from Puerto Blanco beach. This comfortable villa accommodates 6 people and benefits from its private swimming pool and a beautiful open view.
Villa on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a capacity of 6 people. Outside, private swimming pool and impressive view of the Calpe hills. A southern-style garden surrounds the villa. It is only a few minutes by car from Calpe and its beaches with its various activities and entertainment as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops along the sea.
Location and approximate distances: El Tosal neighborhood. Beach: 1 km (Puerto Blanco beach). Supermarket: 2 km - Restaurants: 1 km. City center: 2 km.
Comfort & equipment: Living area of approximately 110 m². Free WiFi Internet connection. Air conditioning: in the living room + 1 bedroom.
