Saona Villas presents this pleasant holiday villa with private pool located in Calpe (Costa Blanca) for 8 people, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms spread over two independent floors.  
  
This pretty two-story villa is connected by an exterior staircase. It benefits from a pretty terrace with a private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m. It is located in a quiet area and close to all services. Just 1.3 km away you have the sandy beach, the center of Calpe and supermarkets as well as restaurants.  
  
On the ground floor: Living / dining room with TV and access to a terrace. Open and equipped kitchen (with Fridge - Freezer - Oven - Microwave - Coffee maker - Toaster - Blender and access to the terrace). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed and air conditioning). 1 double bedroom (with a double bed). 2 adjoining bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower). 1 double bedroom (with two single beds). 1 shower room.  
  
Upstairs (with independent access from the outside): Living / dining room (with TV) and access to the terrace with magnificent views of the sea and the Peñon d'Ifach. Open kitchen with ceramic hob. 1 double bedroom (with two single beds). 1 shower room.
