The villa is located in an urbanization close to beaches and shops. It is only 650 m from the nearest supermarket and 1.7 km from the sandy beach. Calpe center is 3.8 km away.  
  
Equipment: Air conditioning: in the bedrooms and living room. Washing machine. Iron. Hair dryer. Free wifi Internet connection.  
  
On the ground floor: Living / dining room (with TV). Equipped kitchen (with gas hob, Fridge - Freezer, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker, Toaster, Blender). 1 double bedroom (with two single beds and en-suite shower room and WC).  
  
Upstairs: 1 double bedroom (with 2 single beds and en-suite shower room). 1 double bedroom (with double bed and bathroom/shower room, access to the terrace).
