Accommodation layout: With 120 m² of housing distributed on a single floor, Villa Thalea is a comfortable house, perfect for people who prefer to have few stairs. The first thing we find is a pleasant fully glazed terrace with plenty of natural light, perfect to enjoy all year round, with a table for breakfast or lunch. From this space we reach the living-dining room with a sofa area and smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and an area to eat or dine inside with comfortable chairs for 6 diners. From the living room we access the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, filtered water and everything necessary to cook with all the necessary items. A double bedroom with a 150 cm bed with en-suite bathroom with bathtub, ceiling fan and air conditioning. A second bedroom with a 180cm bed, air conditioning and ceiling fan. A full bathroom with bathtub located in the hallway and the third bedroom with a bunk bed and ceiling fan. Kitchen has everything you would need. We would recommend some New sun loungers and maybe have 6 sun loungers if the Villa accommodates 6 people.
