We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het is een heerlijk huis, sfeervol, met aandacht ingericht. De keuken heeft een zeer uitgebreide inventaris. En dan is er ook nog een heerlijke tuin met diverse plekken om gezellig met elkaar te kunnen zitten. Ik hoop nog eens terug te keren!

Absolut stylisch mit Liebe zum Detail erschaffen, da kann man auch die kleinen Pannen akzeptieren, wie eine fehlende Steckdose in der Dusche oder das fehlende Kehrblech und den Hausbesen schön wäre es dies zu korrigieren , die Zimmer, klein und fein, der Wohnbereich echt sehr zum Wohlfühlen, besonders hat uns das geschützte Terasseneckchen gefallen dass wir zum Frühstück perfekt nutzen konnten, unsere beiden Hunde haben sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt ! Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super nett und angenehm! Bestimmt kommen wir wieder

Objekt sehr schön, Sauberkeit nicht so

Sehr schönes Objekt. Leider etwas schmutzig, Boden voll mit Sand und Krümeln, Hundehaare am Bettgestell, Hundefutter lag noch auf der Bank im Eingang, Toilette ziemlich verschmutzt, es waren noch braune Spritzer vom Vormieter an der Toilette. Gartenmöbel mit ziemlich viel Vogelkot. Garten etwas verwildert. Ein sehr schönes Objekt, leider lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig, für den Preis kann man mehr erwarten.

Insgesamt hat uns alles gut gefallen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich. Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein.

We hebben het enorm naar onze zin gehad in de Biotoop! Het is een heel fijn huis met een prettige sfeer en mooi ingericht. In huis is echt alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, inclusief spelletjes en boeken. De tuin is heel privé met verschillende plekken om te zitten, inderdaad een oase van rust. Toen wij er waren was het erg warm, maar er zijn genoeg schaduwrijke plekken. En voor binnen zijn er drie ventilatoren voor verkoeling. De communicatie met de eigenaresse verliep heel prettig. We voelden ons erg welkom!

Met 4 vriendinnen heb ik een weekend verbleven in de Biotoop. We waren onder de indruk van de verrassende indeling met 2 zithoeken en de mooie en sfeervolle inrichting. Ook was het huis schoon en voorzien van alles wat we nodig hadden. We voelden ons hierdoor direct thuis. De ruime tuin bij het huis maakte het plaatje compleet met verschillende comfortabele zitplekken en zelfs een green egg. Vooraf aan ons verblijf werden we gebeld door de eigenaresse met extra info over het huis en aankomst en vertrek. En ook tijdens het verblijf was zij erg goed te bereiken en meer dan behulpzaam bij al onze vragen. Kortom: wij hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad en we zouden deze plek zeker aanraden aan anderen.

Wat een heerlijke onderdompeling van het vakantie gevoel is de Biotoop! Een on ...

Wat een heerlijke onderdompeling van het vakantie gevoel is de Biotoop! Een ontzettend warm welkom vooraf met een meedenkende gastvrouw die voor onze aankomst al belde om te kunnen verzorgen tot in de puntjes. Het huis heeft heerlijke faciliteiten zoals de luxe badkamer, open haard en de sfeer is op en top. Het huisje is leuk gestyled met planten, mandjes , hangstoel etc, en dat op de bank met het kacheltje aan maakt dat je in een echte ontspannen vakantie sfeer voelt. Voor onze kleinste werd een babybedje met laken en babybadje verzorgt, super fijn! En voor de 2 jarige was er ruim speelgoed, een leuke slaapkamer en een leuk kinderserviesje, spelletjes, boeken aan alles is gedacht! En faciliteiten als het mogen gebruiken van een wasmachine en droger is een super fijne extra toevoeging aan de vakantie. Het strand is op loopafstand , straat uit en over de duinen, maar met de kleine kids zijn wij uitgeweken naar het strand bij strandtent Woest, voorbij het centrum. Ook goed te voet te doen als je tijd genoeg hebt. ( 20 a 25 min lopen) Al met al; wij hebben super genoten! En komen graag nog eens terug.

Heerlijk huis, waar we jaarlijks met een groep komen. Sinds dit jaar een nieuwe eigenaar, die persoonlijk contact opneemt om de aankomstdag door te nemen. Alles is verzorgd. Helaas miste er 2 kussenslopen, maar ze kwam dit persoonlijk en snel oplossen. Zeer klantvriendelijk en betrokken. Het huis blijft heerlijk en is geschikt voor alle leeftijden. Het is schoon, ruim en gewoonweg te lekker om niet terug te komen. Het is iets meer dan 2km wandelen naar Strandpaviljoen Woest en 1,5 km naar het centrum. Perfect te doen. Een echte aanrader.

Tolles Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus für zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Hunde gebucht. Eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail und der tolle Schnitt (diverse Terrassen, Wohnbereich tiefer angelegt, Küche, Fliesen,Farbgestaltung etc.) haben uns gefallen und wir haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt. Der Garten ist leider nicht komplett abgeschlossen. Das war für unsere Hunde kein Problem, sollte aber bedacht werden. Die Lage ist ruhig und doch relativ zentral. Der kürzeste Fußweg zum Supermarkt/Zentrum ist über einen Wald/Wiesenweg tatsächlich nur ca .15 min. Zum Strand sollte man ca. 20 min. rechnen. Für Hundebesitzer sind Fuss- und Radwege strikt getrennt und es gibt umfangreiche Gassimöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

What a lovely house! Finely furnished and decorated, quiet in the middle of the trees, well equipped, with comfortable beds and sofas. The beaches and village are a few minutes away. Communication with the owner was perfect. We had a very relaxing week and will definitively consider coming back.

Het huis was fijn en de tuin bood meerdere terassen en door het hoge groen veel privacy. Wel jammer dat je eigenlijk niet gebruik on maken van het terras aan de voorkant waar de zon onder gaat. Dit ivm de koude zeewind maar ook omdat de tuintafel onder de bomen staat en er continue duiven op het terras en de tafel poepen. Het terras achter het huis ligt heerlijk beschut uit de wind en n de ochtendzon. Hier kan je heerlijk ontbijten. Helaas liet het weer dat maar 1 dag toe. De woonkeuken met zithoek en de zitkuil is erg gezelig ingericht met fijne banken en houtkachel Top dat er Netflix en Videoland geregeld zijn. Het was ondanks dat de temperatuur overdag zo'n 19 graden was en 's nachts zo'n 15 graden was het erg warm en bebouwd in de slaapkamers. Ondanks dat het raam zo ver als mogelijk was, openstond. De dekbedden waren veel te dik. Alleen lekker als het vriest. En nog erger waren de matrashoezen waar plastic in verwerkt zat. Dat werd onbehaaglijk heet en zweterig. Moet er dan ook niet aan denken om hier te slapen als. de temperatuur boven de 20 graden is! Afzien. Mijn dochter sliep in de bedstee in de kinderkamer. Dit was nog veel benauwder. Jammer want we hadden ons erg verheugd op de boxspringbedden met Emline matrassen. De bedden waren ook erg smal en voor met name onze zoon van 1.95.ook te kort. Wat onze vakantie echt enigzins heeft verpest, was de slechtwerkende riolering, leidingen die het wc papier niet weggespoeld kregen zodat het water overal omhoog kwam, in het toilet maar ook in het bad en de wastafels. Al op de eerste dag zakte het water in de douche niet snel genoeg weg. De regendouche was heerlijk maar na 2 minuten stond het water aan de enkels. Dit probleem was duidelijk al van tevoren bekend. Er stonden ook bordjes met daarop het verzoek geen vochtig tpiletpapier of verband in het toilet te gooien. Uiteraard deden we dat niet maar we moesten zelfs ons gebruikte toiletpapier in een vuilniszakje gooien en steeds naar de vuilcontainer brengen. En dat voor een huisje waar je normaal €2200,_ vpor een week voor neertelt, maar ook nu in de aanbieding wegens een annulering nog €2000,_. Dat moet toch niet mogen! Erg jammer.
