Polished floors and floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open plan living with natural light; a striking double-sided fireplace creates a cosy focal point for cooler nights, while the pool and lush private backyard deliver sunny summer days of BBQs and relaxing by the water. The modern stainless-steel kitchen with gas cooktop and dishwasher flows into dining and lounging zones that easily host groups; indoors dining seats six and sliding doors open to a rear deck with BBQ so meals feel effortlessly indoor–outdoor. The home sleeps up to six guests across two bedrooms (one double bedroom opens to the poolside deck; the second bedroom includes a double and a bunk), and a two-way bathroom with bathtub plus a separate WC help keep morning routines moving. A laundry with washer and dryer and off-street parking for two cars add practical convenience. Free Wi-Fi, Foxtel and Netflix are provided for evening downtime.
