Extremely clean room, basic but modern in the room (Iron, tea/coffee not in room). Amenities in hotel brilliant including shared spaces which are modern and funky. Close to train station, shopping and restaurants.

Modern, clean and tidy rooms. On a free bus route so very easy to get into CBD. A bit of a hike to shops for supplies if self-catering though. Lovely view across to Kings Park. Safe feeling neighbourhood. All in all a good experience and value for money.

Great location. However, improvements to room amenities could be considered to improve overall experience, e.g, hair dryer was stained. Cushion covers and wardrobe hangers were dusty. Tissue paper holder was placed under the basin beside the dustbin.
