The room rate was quoted by Expedia at the time of making the reservation on February 5th, 2024. The month of February is our busiest time of the year due to a large group in house in long term basis. When we had a few availabilities in the beginning of the month, the rate had been higher than the other months due to a high occupancy.I will definitely share your experiences in the room with the front desk and housekeeping leaders to review and to take care of to make sure this does not happen again.
