My friend and I stayed at this location to fish several areas close by. There was plenty of well lit parking for us to park my boat and truck. The facility was recently renovated and looked brand new inside. Our room and beds were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and amazing. I was very pleased with all aspects of our stay!

Desk person cancelled my paid reservation at 3a that I had reserved at 11p, We arrived at 330a after moving all day, to be told too bad, put you as a no show, and you lose your payment. After some rough discussion, got a room. I contacted Expedia and was issued a refund!

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great! The room was on the street side and there a high level of noise pollution. This made it difficult to sleep.

Nice room but dirty bathroom
All of the staff, especially the reception staff, were very kind and friendly. The rooms were very nice and newly renovated, but I suspect that they are not cleaned very well. The bathroom floor grout is supposed to be white and it is behind the toilet, door and under the sink, but everywhere you walk and stand, the grout is already stained black. (See photos) A floor properly cleaned every few days should not be this dirty, especially when it is newly renovated. I never saw a housekeeping cart in the hall. Our beds were never made in the 3 nights we stayed there and our towels from the floor were not picked up. We know that someone was in our room because the AC was turned to a higher temperature than what we left it on each day. The bed was very comfortable and the noise was not too bad. Could hear the kid upstairs running around with their toys but that would happen anywhere. I will give them another chance next year because I know the cleaning issue is an easy one to resolve. If not resolved, will not consider it again.

Mary the front desk person was polite! The hotel is nice and clean with cozy beds.. still smell the new hotel smell! Bathrooms are huge! This hotel like any other hotel, need more meat options for breakfast, pork should not be the only meat! Everyone don’t eat beef or pork, but majority rule turkey.

First they check someone else in under my reservation and it took extra long to check-in. The window was open in the room and late check out was 30 mins. Rooms need to be updated and more modernized.

Upon checking in at the Sleep Inn, I was informed by staff that I would be required to permit them to make a copy of my driver's license. I find this requirement to be extremely intrusive, and shows a disregard for my privacy and of my private and personal information. I do give the staff credit for contacting the GM to try to resolve this problem, but the GM would not budge from this stated policy. I refused to allow them to copy my ID and cancelled my reservation on the spot. I then went to a Holiday Inn and asked if they required making a copy of my ID to rent me a room, to which they replied, "Of course not!" In my many years of renting hotel rooms, I've never been asked to permit the hotel to make a copy of my ID. It seems to me that many Americans are getting used to the idea of having their privacy violated, and are now allowing private companies to have free reign over their personal information. I'm not one of them. I will never rent a room from a Sleep Inn property as long as they continue this practice.

The hotel was very clean and the employees were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean. The only somewhat of a negative was the shower; water would deep out around the shower door, which made the floor wet. The floor mat ended up wet and cold. Other than that minor issue, everything was great and I would recommend this hotel to others!

1. Your beds are toooooo high for short person. 2, We didn't to use or AARP Cards 3. We weren't able to let them know we need a Handicap Accessible room when we made our reservation 4. I need to dry my t-shirt and the cost was total to much. 5. They to check their 2nd floor hallway because they loop in the floor. If need to be we stay at another Sleep inn & Suites, but never stay at supper 8 or red roof hotel.
