The way a boutique hotel should be. Quiet, outstanding service, clean, comfortable beds, modern bathroom. The location is safe, walking distance or a short uber ride to the best parts of the city. The restaurant downstairs was a plus as well. And lastly, as a very light sleeper, I was happy to find out that the windows were double-paned glass! This is a rarity in South America and made all the difference blocking the street noise (which wasn't much of either way).

San Antonio great stay
Amazing location in central touristic Cali. Building is modern. Breakfast is tasty but somewhat small at the neighboring restaurant. Reception was available pretty much all day and helpful on multiple occasions. Bringing in guests was a bit uncomfortable since they have to register even if they're not staying.

The check in was supposed to be at 3 pm but we had to wait until 4 to get rooms. Rooms were okay.. we did not have lights in the master room. We had to use the lights of the hall.
