Love the family rooms

Was nice to have enough rooms for 7 of us. Upset the air conditioner/ heater in room was broken and had to unplug to turn off!! Phone did not work so unable to contact front desk or call even for pizza. Had to use my long distance on cell to order. Disappointed that only provide 2 Smitty $5 vouchers for breakfast as we were 3 adults,4 kids. Front desk went over and above to accommodate any requests. When informed of room they were aware but manager looks at bottom line for costs so maybe owners should observe the reviews.

Everything has been checked by our maintenance and the units are working fine.Not all Ramada Hotels serves breakfast so we give out Smitty's coupons as bonus/option for our guests to have hearty breakfast in an onsite restaurant. Hotel bathroom fl was not clean on the carpet dirt

It was very noisy in the hotel. There was no rest. The floor could be more cleaner.

Convenient location with comfort

Out of the mouth of my 5 year old: (Walking into our room) This place is perfect! Wow!!! You could live in here...there's a bathroom, a closet to hang up your clothes, an iron and ironing board, a kitchen, bedroom, living room and a tv. I love the pool! Can we stay here again?

Nice family room - 2 bedrooms

Pros: Location, water slide/pool and amenities.
Cons: Room cleanliness double check.
Was nice nice hotel, kids loved the water slide. Room cleanliness was not 100%, we found a grape on the floor. Overall though I would recommend it.

Housekeeping needs attention

No pool towels available, spotty wifi, dirty coffee cups, missing pillow cases, visibly dirty floor, window frame leaked during rain, tub wouldn't drain, coffee not stocked, only two towels were supplied to a room with two kings( we were 5 people) and one of the towels had a frayed hole in the middle of it. Gave this list to the desk upon check out, and it was sloughed off, with no apology. The exuse given was that they were completely full.

Cancelled reservation directly over the phone as unable to do so online. Plans changed "Rate your hotel" just a guess

Not impressed with the cleaning staff

Pros: pool and front desk staff
Cons: new house keepers.
I was there for 5 nights and the cleaning staff did a very poor job every day. They couldn't even bother to finish making the bed or replace/clean all the cups and towels even after I left a favorable tip on the pillow. The floor was not cleaned or washed on even one of the days. Brutal. I did mention this on the first day but nothing improved. I would not likely return because of this. The front desk staff was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable.

Nice hotel close to main highway!

Pros: Choice of coffee in lobby, pool and slide for the grandkids!!
Location: We went to the Calgary Zoo and Cross Iron Mills Mall
Good experience, Great room, nice pool!! Location is close to Calgary and easy to access
