Good Hotel, Bad Service

They were running out of the room type that we booked. They tried to find excuses to blame hotels.com for inaccurate info and refused to give us the equivalent alternatives. The guy at the front desk on duty knows nothing about their computer system and kept changing his story on why my reservation was wrong. It took 2 hours of standing at the front desk, multiple calls to the manager and few rounds of room showing to get the issue resolved. The room is fine, big space and clean.
