KEY FOB (CONDO BUILDINGS) A key fob is necessary for access to the condo. If an extra key fob is needed, please submit a request before 4pm on your check-in day. Please ensure the return of all key fobs to the unit before check-out to prevent a $250 fee. 4\. PARKING We are not liable for any parking tickets incurred. NOISE/CIGARETTE/CANNABIS DETECTION DEVICE We receive electronic alerts regarding noise disturbances (above 70db) as well as cigarette/cannabis smoke, and any instances of equipment being unplugged or moved. 6\. QUITE HOURS/NO PARTIES a. Please show consideration for our neighbors by adhering to quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Note that noise levels exceeding 70 db will trigger detection. b. To maintain a peaceful environment, parties, excessive drinking, and loud music are not permitted. In the event of a first warning for noise, parties, complaints or equipment tampering, a second warning will involve the manager to be sent on-site and potential eviction without a refund on the reservation or full deposit. 7\. NO SMOKING/DRUG POLICY Smoking, drug use, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the building, unit, and on the balcony, including any strong lingering odors such as marijuana. Any violations will result in a CAD$250 fine. 8\. ENSO CONNECT Enso Connect is a guest management platform that enhances the guest experience and verifies guests to protect our owner's investments. It is fully integrated into major booking platforms and is gaining popularity in the industry. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a personalized Boarding Pass link with check-in and check-out instructions, helpful stay information, and guides to local attractions and events. 9\. DAMAGE a. Before your check-in, we inspect the property for any existing damage, which is documented. Any new damage that occurs during your stay will be reported. Please ensure everything is in working order upon check-in and notify us of any damage. b. Major Damage: You will be held legally responsible for the costs of any major damage, such as broken windows, that occurs during your stay. 10\. SECURITY DEPOSIT To ensure coverage for any potential property damage or breaking of house rules during your stay, we require a deposit to be paid after confirmation of your booking. Security Deposit (CAD$600): Refundable upon no damage/breaking of house rules. The refund will go through in the form of a reversal. Depending on your card issuer, the original charge will disappear from your pending charges within 7-10 business days after check-out. 11\. COMMUNAL SPACES FOR CONDO BUILDINGS Please remember to be respectful of others in shared areas by keeping noise to a minimum and ensuring cleanliness. Note that surveillance cameras are in operation for security purposes. 12\. NO SHOES INDOORS Kindly refrain from wearing outdoor shoes indoors or excessive uncleanliness fees may apply. 13\. EXCESSIVE UNCLEANLINESS Please ensure the property is left in a satisfactory clean condition (free of excess garbage, mud, etc.) before checking out to prevent incurring a CAD$100 additional cleaning fee. 14\. NO PETS Strictly no-pets policy in place. A charge of CAD$150 will be applied for any violations. 15\. COMPLAINT POLICY Please adhere to our strict complaint policy as complaints may result in eviction without a refund on the reservation or full deposit. 16\. BALCONY SAFETY Please exercise caution on balconies, and supervise children at all times. 17\. RELEASE OF LIABILITY We do not accept liability for any accidents, illnesses, injuries, or deaths that may occur during your stay. If you identify any hazards within the property that could pose a risk to you or your group, please inform us promptly after check-in. 18\. ENSO CONNECT VERIFICATION As part of the verification process and before receiving check-in instructions, it is required that guests provide a copy of their government-issued photo ID, take a clear photo, submit credit card information for the damage deposit or waiver (processed via Stripe), and confirm contact information. 19\. AGREEMENT Prior to arrival, all guests who have confirmed their reservation must sign our Service Agreement, which outlines our full House Rules and company policies. Guests will be held accountable for adhering to these rules and policies. 20\. LATE CHECK-OUT Late check-out is available for a fee of CAD$25 through the Enso Connect Boarding Pass. Check-out is at 11 am, with a $100/hr charge for unapproved late check-outs. 21\. We were in town for a Flames game and the location of the property couldn't have been any better. It was so nice to be able to walk less than 10 minutes to the arena and not have to worry about traffic or parking. The unit itself was beautiful and just as described in the listing. The floor to ceiling windows were a great feature and we really enjoyed relaxing in the living area with a view of the city. The check in process was a bit complicated but the property managers did a really nice job of explaining it all step by step. And once you get that figured out, getting in and out of the building and parking area are a breeze. One other thing to note, the parking area can be a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle. We had rented a full size pickup truck to carry ski gear with and while it did fit, it was close. But having the parking was a huge draw for us. Overall it was an exceptional stay and we would absolutely stay there again if we visit Calgary in the future. ##### Chris M.
