The studio features 1 queen-size bed and can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests. No pets are allowed in the unit. Third-party bookings are not allowed, the person booking must be the one staying in the unit. Please note that there is no AC in the unit. A fan is provided to help with air circulation during warmer days. The entrance is located on the west side of the building, separate from the main entrance. Shared laundry facilities are available on the main floor of the building. Paid parking is available in the back alley on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that the building is older and may show signs of wear, such as water stains on the ceiling, marks on the walls, or minor scuffs and imperfections throughout the space. That said, the unit is kept clean, comfortable, and fully functional for your stay. Smoke Smell Disclosure: While our unit is strictly non-smoking, please be aware that the building includes other tenants who are not under our management, and some of them may smoke. Despite our best efforts to remind them and thoroughly clean the unit, smoke smell may occasionally linger. An air purifier is available upon request.
