Location great. Not an oasis or luxe (but has potential). Yard unkempt. Grass at front and sides not cut; backyard has NO GRASS just dirt and lots of tall weeds. No outdoor furniture. A couple of bathrooms were not clean and had unmatched towels etc. Kitchen was not well equipped (not gourmet!): not enough cutlery, mugs, wineglass and other glassware; no full sets of dishes; only 2 tea towels (?); kitchen utensils lacking.
