This is a walkout legal basement suite with 3 Picture Windows. It has its own kitchen, bathroom, a bedroom with king size bed and another one with queen size bed. The spacious living room has a 3-seats couch, a double sized futon and floor mattress. Weekly or longer stay can enjoy a big discount. I prefer to give priority to guests who book the whole suite as City of Calgary only allows one booking at a time.
