This is a great hotel in a great location. Staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone considering a trip to Florence.

Amazing staff Amazing location 2 minutes walk to designer stores , 5 minutes walk to the train station and 2 minutes walk to the city center , and the rooms are very comfortable, every time we are in Florence we’ll make sure that we stay at this hotel .

Location was really convenient as it was within walking distance of basically every tourist destination. The breakfast was wonderful. Remember to bring an adapter to charge your devices if you’re from outside Europe; the hotel doesn’t have any. Also, there’s no need to take a taxi from the SM Novella train station as it’s only a 10 minute walk to the hotel.

We were fortunate to stay in the suite that offered 2 separate rooms and 2 bathrooms, which is always a bonus! The room was immaculate and spacious. The location was perfect. Central and in the heart of Florence, walkable to the best restaurants, Duomo, shopping, train station, and leather markets. The free breakfast every morning was top notch offering a huge variety of hot and cold choices. They even had a juicer to make your own! I would highly recommend Cerretani if you are lucky enough to visit Florence. The staff was exceptional!

The room was very nice and as expected from the photo on the website. My only complaint would be that the soap dispenser was not properly convenient. It needed to be closer to the sink area.

Loved this Hotel. Great location to the center of Florence and not far from the train station. Amazing breakfast and servers. The rooms were very comfortable and the front desk employees were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Florence!

Front desk Staph Stephania, and concierge were outstanding in their hospitality and knowledge of the local area; very welcoming and easy to interact with. This hotel was fantastic! Amazing location, the customer service impeccable and kind, professional and the hotel was beautiful, clean, new. The suite with the king bed and fold out couch made for a perfect room for our family! We are already planning to stay here again!

Luxury Near the Duomo
This hotel is remarkable. It’s luxurious and perfectly located - if you walk out the door, take 4 steps, and turn left, you can see the Duomo. You can quickly get to the bustling, busy area of Florence if you head towards the Duomo, but you can also head south and west and find great restaurants that aren’t festooned with tourists. I stayed here in one of their smaller rooms (it was just me). The bed was incredibly comfortable, the products in the room are very nice, there was no noise, and the staff were professional, courteous, and helpful. Also, it’s beautiful inside.

We loved our stay in Florence. The hotel is quite new, fabulous aroma and loved the breakfast and late afternoon teas that were complimentary for guests. Also a pleasant surprise that they stock the mini bar with complimentary soft drinks and water daily.

Pros - very close to the center, literally just around the corner from the Cathedral. Good amenities in the room. Pleasant staff who were very helpful. Cons - the smell in lobby was so overpowering it was almost like there was a drain problem. I was quite glad I didn’t add breakfast to my booking as we would not have been able to sit downstairs and eat with that smell. We dreaded passing through the ground floor area. The pillows were a bit flat, luckily there was one bigger one in the cupboard that me and my partner fought over. We were just there a couple of nights so made do, but any longer I would have needed to request another pillow. Lastly the shower in our room spat out drizzles of water so we had so use the hand held shower option. Not the end of the world but the shower head needs to be looked at - probably a good descale.

Beautiful room. It's so clean and spacious. Orange and lemon water, candies and canned natural water are placed in the lobby free of charge. It's 6-7 min to walk to train station. Walk to Central Market food court to taste great local food.

Wonderful quiet large room with great bathroom in the center of town. Front desk was kind and hospitable and the breakfast and tea were a surprising fortifying treat.

Amazing Hotel!
We had an amazing stay at the Hotel Cerretani. Everything was just perfect from our beautiful spacious room to the delicious breakfast. The service was excellent! We will definitely be back!!
