This beautiful newer home is the perfect oasis for all families. Equipped with everything needed to travel with little ones and adults, this home truly is a breath of fresh air. It is located on the border of Nampa and Caldwell and tucked in a quite cul-de-sac. There are a few walking paths and parks nearby and the playground is located in the backyard! This house is the place to relax and feel at home.  
  
Keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out. We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away.  
  
This property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is very family friendly, and there is a large grass park walking distance from the home.  
  
The whole house is yours!  
  
As you step inside, you'll immediately feel the warm and welcoming ambiance of our thoughtfully designed space. The living area is a cozy haven, featuring plush sofas and chairs that invite you to relax and spend quality time together. A large flat-screen TV and a plethora of board games makes family time that much more enjoyable.  
  
The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary paradise, equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy a home-cooked breakfast before heading out for the day's adventures or gather around the dining table for a memorable family dinner.  
  
For a peaceful night's sleep, our bedrooms are tailored to meet the needs of families. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable queen-size bed, toddler bed (NOT CRIB) and pack n play, while the other bedrooms offer a variety of sleeping arrangements, including twin beds and bunk beds. We understand the importance of comfort, so each room is designed with a tasteful decor and ample storage space.  
  
To keep the little ones entertained, we've created a dedicated play area in the upstairs loft filled with toys, books, and games. They can let their imaginations run wild while you enjoy some well-deserved downtime. Additionally, a toddler bed, pack n play and high chair are available at all times, ensuring that even our youngest guests feel right at home.  
  
Outside, you'll find a private backyard with a full play set for children of all ages. Unwind on the patio while sipping your morning coffee or fire up the grill for a delightful family barbecue. The yard is spacious enough for children to play, and for adults to sit.  
  
As a family-friendly home, safety is our top priority. We've taken extra precautions to childproof the house, including safety gates, electrical outlet covers, and cabinet locks, giving you peace of mind during your stay.  
This property does not provide cable. It does have a smart TV with many streaming apps that you can log into.  
  
The garage, driveway, and along the street are available for parking. There is Uber and Lyft available in the area as well if needed.  
  
We have a strict quiet hour policy of 10pm to 8am.  
  
There is a noise sensor on the back patio of the home. It does not record sounds, it just shows noise levels.   
  
We do not allow parties at this home. It is in a small cul-de-sac so we ask that only two vehicles are brought to the home. Please utilize the garage and driveway for parking.   
  
Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.  
  
Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout. Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.  
  
Any unauthorized pet will be charged $250.  
  
A late checkout fee of $30 will be charged after 15 minutes late. An additional $30 will be charged every 30 minute increment after that.   
  
For the security of our guests and the safety of our home, we have external security cameras located at the front door and in the garage. These devices do record.  
  
There is no cable TV, but there are many apps that can be logged into.
