Country house 'Fra' with sea view, private terrace and air conditioning

The holiday home 'Fra', with a double room with sea view, garden and parking, is located in Calasetta, on the island of Sant’Antioco. Ample free parking is available on the street in front of the entrance gate. The property is independent and consists of a fenced and paved outdoor area, a gazebo equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower, and beach chairs.



On the ground floor you will find the garden, living room, kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom, and a single bed suitable for a child from 0 to 14 years old. Only one infant per booking is allowed. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom, a cot, a small bedroom with a single bed, and a small bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, small sink, and mirror. All beds are SOMMIER (SIMMONS bed system) and all windows have mosquito nets. The house is close to the centre and essential services.



The 'Sotto Torre' beach is within walking distance, about 900 metres from the house, and offers shallow waters and crystal-clear sea, with a view of the island of San Pietro. The other three main beaches are Le Saline, Spiaggia Grande, and Cala Lunga, all equipped with kiosks and services. A shuttle service to the beaches is available for an extra fee.



For those who love cliffs, the island offers numerous coves and sheltered spots. In the area, you can enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, trekking, scuba diving, horse riding, canoeing and sailing lessons, and fishing. Wi-Fi is not available, but mobile data reception is good. The manager will ask you to sign a private contract and pay the tourist tax upon arrival, in accordance with Italian law. Waste separation is mandatory and information is provided on site. Bed linen and towels are available on request.

Tolles Ferienhaus in sehr guter Lage

Pros: Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Große Terrasse teilweise Überdacht, sehr gut Ausgestattete Küche auch die restlichen Zimmer sind echt fein. Tolle Lage, wenig Verkehr und man erreicht alle Geschäfte und Lokale in wenigen Fußminuten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Uns wurden auch viele Tipps für Unternehmungen per Whatsapp zur Verfügung gestellt. Er hat auch ein paar Willkommens Geschenke für uns vorbereitet (Wein, Wasser, Bier, Nudeln usw.) Wir haben uns gleich in der ersten Stunde wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder Buchen auch weil Calasetta noch nicht so Touristisch überlaufen ist. Cons: Da kann ich wirklich nichts schreiben. Nice to Have wäre ein Wlan Netz
