Expedia sponsors this property as smoke free. It is not so. If you don't smoke, or otherwise don't want your children to breathe in other people's smoke, choose another facility. Average food. At the reception the people are kind but the entertainment isn't that great. The rides for children do not work well. The property provides a minibus that takes you to Cala Domingos for free at certain times. For the rest, for the price paid it is what you can expect.

The hotel is lovely, v.clean, rooms adequate for a 3*. There are 4 pool areas, always found sunbeds and chairs to sit on. Splash pool is great, our toddlers loved it. Kids Club looked fab 10-2 (age 4 upwards) they did lots of activities & staff energetic. All Slushies/soft & fruit juice drinks/tea coffee/ice creams all help yourself throughout the day. Alcohol all seemed ok and true to flavour. Plastic cups are provided but bring your own lidded closable cup/bottle as there are thousands of wasps around all the pool areas. We did get stung and was constantly watching out for the kids so could never enjoy a drink/ice cream without being swamped by them so be warned! Food truly was bland, there was always a dish we could eat but no real taste to it especially dinner time. Breakfast was usual fry up/cereal/cold meats/pastries/fruit etc so all good there and lunch was same as dinner (i know its a 3*) Dining room is free for all, get there early to get a table as plates are not cleared away until you leave so they pile up on your table (only 3 staff doing the clearing so you wait around to get a cleaned table). Room cleaned/towels changed everyday v.happy Evening entertainment area to small for no. of guests - variation each night Shame Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, wish i researched more, walk to town centre with buggies took its toll as pavements v.uneven. Hotel rang for Taxis took ages & v.costly. Local bus ran hourly to 6pm I would not return to this area of Mallorca.

Hotel needs updating. Rooms are basic but you get what you pay for. But on the other hand the rooms were clean and the summing/pool facilities were fab.

Great All-Inclusive break if on a budget.
We stayed at the HSM Canarios Park, as a short-notice budget break for 4 nights in total, We booked this as it provided an All-Inclusive option. I can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation. The staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful when needed. The hotel itself, is basic - but is incredibly clean, and the pool areas in particular are exceptional. The rooms are incredibly spacious, provide UK TV, and are very clean and comfortable. The food is of a really good quality, my partner is vegetarian so options were a little limited, but the quality was very good, so didn't mind the repeated meals. The range of drinks was very good. Overall, for a cost-effective break, I would highly recommend this hotel. The hotel provides a shuttle-bus to the beach, its not necessarily because it's far, but it is quite a treacherous/steep walk down. The town is about 20 mins walk away, but is all flat roads and easy to get to.

Nice to stay
Meals available almost nonstop, weaker offer on the bar. A lot to do in the hotel. Littlebit farer from the sea. Too many smakers without dedicated area to smoke. In general nice to stay without any issues. Nothing was problem.

Amazing 2 weeks here. Couldnt fault the hotel food is very nice for 3 star plent, of variety everyday. Entertainment staff make this hotel more than 3 star standard they are so friendly welcoming and will have you belly laughing from the day you arrive

Great holiday
A great holiday because of the entertainment team… itzo, george, ferran, Ivo, Maria, Alejandro, Irene, bar staff David, and another fella with a tash, didn’t get his name. Robert, Ivan, Luis at reception really nice. Food is good very tasty always something different to eat. Restaurant staff nice, cleaning lady was really good. Overall a good holiday 20 min walk to town 10 min to a small beach or 20min to bigger beach. Hotel shop really expensive so go to town to buy essentials.

Decent, when we arrived the place was like a ghost town but the next day it started to fill up. Good drinks Food was average - but fine if not picky like me Staff friendly Free bus to the beach and can walk up to the shops in 5 min No issues with bugs and food issues that were in other reviews so they must have took remedial actions as plenty of hand sanitiser stations throughout the hotel

I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The first night arrived late and I was very well received and informed by the receptionist Miss Heidi. The restaurant was closed and madam Mebarka took care of my wife pregnant and cook special food for her and I. The two beaches close to the hotel are so beautiful, especially buddha beach. Kind staff, I disliked the noise especially in the earlier morning. Nice hotel to enjoy the cala antena area which is so quiet

Everything was going well during my week stay here until I ended up with food poisoning was vomiting non stop in the hotel toilets as well as in my room. I will be taking this further. It’s such a shame this had to happen to me on the day I was flying out. Didn’t like the fact there was wasps everywhere either they were a big bother to me. I did enjoy my stay until the food poisoning fiasco happened.

We made extra tests for water and food beside the normal tests we often do, and all results were totally satisfactory, so we honestly think talking about food poisoning is an unfair accusation. Theft ruined holiday
Expedia characters restricted! Daughter had her phone stolen and I have since found the following reviews: C1- Having had a great holiday on our last day this was spoilt by a theft from our hotel room, there was no forced entry and the hotel reception were rude and unhelpful, when asking for a report for our insurance company they refused and we had to take a taxi cost in excess of 50 euros to report this C2 - Theft was a big issue here with guests being robbed from their room C3 - May i also add, there were 4 thefts in this hotel in a 4 day period, again with no forced entry, so i would consider carefully going here. C5 - The thief/ thieves had taken our camcorder, camera, jewellery, watch, two mobile phones, two MP3 players and debit card. We were devastated and completely shocked. The staff on reception were expressionless and apathetic when we told them. We later found out that at least 4 other rooms had had personal possessions stolen C6 - just got back from a week there and have to say even if you go at the end of the season like we did hire a safe we didn’t and on the second night there we got robbed with them breaking the locks on the suitcases to get to the money when we reported it to the hotel manager first thing he said was its not my cleaners and if you want to report it you have to find your own way to manacor to report it to the police he was not helpful at all we were not the only ones there were 4 rooms that we know off on the fourth floor that got done ove

Nice hotel, found food varied daily , always found something to try. Pools busy ,need to be early to get a bed, however free shuttle to the small beach was better option for us. Rooms basic but clean & fully functional. Location quiet but 10 mins walk to beach , bars, club & shops . All in all excellent value for the money

Noch nie haben wir ein so extrem lautes hotel besucht. Keine normale Unterhaltung beim essen moglich da die Lautstärke der Gäste "überwiegend Engländer" extrem war. Sie sind unglaublich rücksichtslos und auch am späten abend war ein geschreie sowohl von den kindern als auch von den erwachsenen bis 2 uhr nachts .. von erholung keine spur .. selbst unsere 4 jährige Tochter hat sich standig die ohren zugehalten.. Das personal sowohl beim essen als auch an der Rezeption haben alles dafür getan um das Chaos in grenzen zu halten. Können dieses hotel für eine erholung nicht weiterempfehlen .. wer Action mag ist hier genau richtig .

Bőséges étel egész nap az étteremben. Ingyenes italok a bárban egész nap. Zenés medencék, aqua aerobik délben. Esti programok nem voltak túl népszerűek, és szórakoztatók, azon a téren van mit fejlődni a hotelnak.

Pleasantly surprised
Food was actually quite good - considering it's all inclusive. Lots of activities each day and shows each night. It's great for families and the kids club is fun for the kids and gives us parents a break 👍👍

Leuk hotel, ideaal voor de kinderen. Veel zwembaden en een erg enthousiaste miniclub. De kamers zijn ietwat gedateerd, maar alles was erg schoon. Kamers worden elke dag schoongemaakt. Personeel achter de receptie erg vriendelijk en toegankelijk. Geen beddenrace in de ochtend om je handdoek neer te leggen, maar wel om een schaduwplek te hebben. Weinig parasols. Het hotel ligt op een rustige plek, winkeltjes op zo'n 15 minuten lopen. Wij hadden een huurauto, leuk om naar porto christo of cala d'or te rijden voor wat meer winkels en mooie baaien te zoeken in de omgeving. Op 15 minuten rijden verschillende mooie baaien gevonden.

La comida-variedad excasa, desayuno muy escaso,vasos de miniatura ,faltan saleros,salón pequeño,todo a granel, incluyendo yogurt,mermeladas....helado...mahonesa y ketchup,ni cerveza ,ni tinto de verano en el comedor,tienes que salir al chiringuito de la piscina que está fuera con unos vasos de plástico que tienes que llevar encima siempre para que te sirvan la cerveza o cualquier coctel....alcohol en general y volver al comer con lo cual se caliente enseguida.Horarios limpieza algo extraños..

Todo genial, las habitaciones un poco antiguas pero bien, eso sí, te cobran depósitos hasta por el mando de la tele.

instalaciones algo ya viejas, pero lo mantienen muy limpio, lo peor el horario de cenas, está tan orientado al turismo Alemán, que el horario de cena es de las18:30 a las 21 horas ... increible . luego tiene opción de tomar snacks a partir de la s21:30 , pero ya no es lo mismo. este horario no permite hacer ninguna excursion ni actividad porque no llegas a cenar . hotel muy muy ruidoso al esta orientado a familias ,

Personnel sympa, mais hotel extrêmement mal insonorisé, très très bruyant. Tout est fait pour que les enfants s'y plaisent (super installations de jeux) mais ceux-ci ne peuvent pas dormir tant le bruit est constant.

Prima verblijf in HSM Canarios Park
Het verblijf in uw hotel is prima bevallen. Het enige nadeel vinden wij dat de kamers gehorig zijn. Je hoopt dan dat andere gasten rekening houden met degene die er naast slapen, maar helaas wordt daar te weinig rekening mee gehouden. Midden in de nacht wakker worden van zingende buren is niet prettig. Zeker niet met 2 jonge kinderen erbij. Verder hebben wij geen op of aanmerkingen en was alles wat we er van verwacht hadden. De medewerkers maken het verblijft prettig!
