Family house located in the village of Calamane with a pleasant view on the surrounding countryside. The major assets of Chez Jeanne are : its private swimming pool (open from June to September) with counter-current swimming as well as its geographical situation ! You can also enjoy the activities of the Catus Lake with picnic area, children's playground, water games, swimming, fishing and tennis court. Shops are located in the nearby village. Spending a week's vacation in Calamane also means visiting the beautiful city of Cahors with its famous Valentré bridge! Many other villages are to be discovered such as Gramat, Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Figeac and many others...House accessible by a few steps: entrance hall, living room with sofas, insert, equipped and integrated kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in 140, 2 single beds in 90), shower room, independent toilet. Here the sheets, the bathroom linen and the heating are included! Gas heating and insert. Wifi access. Garage of 61 m² for two cars with 3 bikes at disposal.
