Stayed over so we could get the tunnel next morning; great location, just 5 mins from the check-in. The hotel is a new build so very clean and modern and based at the edge of the shopping centre, McDonald's and a few restaurants are directly opposite so easy to get a bite to eat in the evening. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable with good bathroom facilities, tea & coffee facilities are also in the room. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
Real style with a grand reception area. Up grade your room for more space but all are well equipped. Self service breakfast is English/continental with fresh squeezed orange. Staff are very helpful and there is a cosy bar. Lots of nearby restaurants. Second visit to this lovely hotel.

Stayed overnight after coming from UK. Hotel was and rooms were clean and comfortable, if a little on the small side. Rooms could probably could do with a little 'freshening' up, but for an overnight stay, were more than adequate. Would use again for an overnight stay.

Nice hotel, easy to find prior to the port. We did have to work out what the dining options were for ourselves. The staff could've been more helpful. In the end we found it was easier to order at the bar instead of going into the restaurant. However, that was a minor point to an otherwise perfect stay.
Hotel was absolutely fine for the price paid. It was a little basic, but for one night stop over in Calais, it did the job. Room was quite small, bed reasonably comfortable. I thought it was going to be noisy, but in the end we weren't woken in the night. As all the reviews recommend; go for a back bedroom overlooking the car park rather than a front bedroom overlooking the high street. There was secure parking around the back, at an additional charge, which seemed worth paying. We didn't sample breakfast as at 15 Euros it seemed too expensive when there are plenty of cafes outside. We had a great supper in a restaurant called Histoire Ancienne which is very close and highly recommended. Hotel about an 8 minute drive from Eurotunnel and Cite Europe, so perfect location. Reception staff were very nice and spoke English. Overall a fair hotel, at a fair price, in a very convenient location.
We chose this hotel because of its location in relation to the tunnel and it was great. 5 minutes after we came off the train we were there. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Room very clean, quiet and comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel, but we would certainly stay there again.

Best known as a port and fishing town, Calais has a rich history built around its location at the narrowest point of the English Channel. The ornate Hotel de Ville, the bustling Place des Armes with its ancient Tour de Guet, and the Eglise de Notre Dame are all worth checking out, and the long sandy beaches are popular in the summer. There are numerous opportunities for shopping and eating.
