Evening meal and staff was great, and checking in was good. Car park scruffy, few rats running around, full of police vehicles, as this hotel is also used as accomodations and a base for the CRS. At least this gives good security for the car park. Morning and breakfast staff not bothered, no welcome, slow at filling up pastries etc, and has the atmosphere of a Police canteen as that is the main population staying there. So in summary, evening was good, breakfast was eating with the old bill, someone needs to tidy up the car park and get pest control in. Handy for Citr Europe and the tunnel, and served it's purpose.

A great hotel for an overnight stop before taking the shuttle. Clean and spacious. There are three hotels in the cluster 2, 3 and 4 star options.

Basic B&B. Clean. Welcoming. Good breakfast. Secure parking. Good value. It is what a B&B B&B should be. TV channels were limited to a English news channel, otherwise good place to rest your head

Excellent value for money with spacious, well-appointed and clean room. Ideally located next to Cité de L'Europe/Eurotunnel which was perfect for a night's stay after a late crossing. Very pleasant and efficient staff too

This hotel is as advertised. In parts newly refurbished although the taste is questionable. The room was smallish but adequate. The shower was like the weather strong. The only down points for me was the absence of a grab rail in the shower, People smoking outside the front door and the breakfast was fairly limited and thus poor. For a price of €100 for the two of us I would have expected better. Car parking was fine with the presence of large numbers of CRS stationed on the premises. The staff were at all times friendly and helpful. It did what it said on the tin.

Efficient, friendly staff with very good English, comfortable beds, nice bar area. Foyer currently being renovated but didn’t cause a big problem once finished will be a real asset. We stayed one night en route home but would certainly consider staying longer if visiting the area also within easy walking distance of Cite Europe.

Friendly ,helpful staff . Very clean , ideally situated to go to Cite de Europe shopping centre . Not far from the port of Calais, close to Euro tunnel terminal. We use often as overnight stay before continuing our journey south .

Very spacious room. Looked as though was juat decorated. Very clean. Lots of parking. Paid at the hotel for breakfast. I wouldnt do that again as there was not much on offer. One of us ended up jusr having an apple juice for 10euro each. Quite expensive apple juice😂
