Dear Molly. Thank you for taking the time to send us your review. We understand the current situation is very difficult and challenging and are therefore permitting all reservations to be cancelled up to hours before arrival regardless of the normal booking conditions. After checking we see that you booked your room on 20th February for arrival on 19th September and we would have happily cancelled your reservation without charge however you requested this at 22h50 the night before your arrival which gave us no option to rebook your room and therefore we were unable to give a refund.
