"The pools, overall service was great. Also the staff in the Admiral Room are always so nice and answers all my questions. "

"Beach view was a little obstructed. We booked for a waterpark but only had a little indoor pool that was filthy and over chlorinated to the point it burned my eyes and throat just being in the room. They were not upfront that the outdoor waterpark was closed or when it opens for the season. The room was average. Bed was comfortable. Pricing was fair for the cafe and restaurants in the hotel. Having breakfast included would have been a plus."
