"Wir waren mit der Familie (2 Kinder, 15 und 11 Jahre alt) für 2 Wochen in dem Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit dort. Alles sauber, gut ausgestattet, 2 traumhafte und großzügige Terrassen und alles lief problemlos und sehr nett ab. Die Lage ist toll, man ist in 100 Metern zum Pool gelaufen und nach weiteren 100-150m schon an einem kleinen aber netten Strand. Auch andere Strände, sowie der Ort Baia Sardinia sind problemlos zu erreichen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub in einem wirklich schönen Haus!"

"Wonderful location with direct beach access and loungers; we also had a great sea view, the property is incredibly charming but our room was in need of a major update. The bed was hard and old and we could not lower the air further: however, the room was clean. Our arrival lunch was slow but breakfast each morning was very good. However, it did not take away from the trip - we still had a wonderful time and enjoyed the location. The town is also great with lots of restaurants to dine at."

"The property is located next to a beautiful sandy beach cove and better yet, it also has the most gorgeous private beach inlet surrounded by interesting different size giant Rocks carved by the waters, coming out of the ocean with the clearest multi colored waters of blues and greens what lounge chairs umbrella amongst trees and greenery for shade. We mistakenly reserved a room with half board thinking it was just breakfast... what a wonderful surprise! Each night we got to pick from three different items in each section of a four course gourmet meal of a appetizer, pasta, third meat/fish, and the lightest delicious, dessert made by fabulous Italian chefs. Each morning for an amazing breakfast buffet and evening, on the third flaw, outside restaurant overlooking the mediterranean sea. It's us very helpful to learn how to speak some italian because there is a language barrier. Restaurant staff was amazing. Nice mediterranean room with plenty of space and closets and outdoor patio with down chairs that are private. Inside of the property it's very clean. During spy season and a special italian holiday and some of the guests were leaving litter by the way."

"Wir hatten insgesamt einen schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Das Meer ist schnell erreichbar und der schöne Pool direkt an der Anlage ist ein großer Pluspunkt.Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt waren die Schlafzimmer im unteren Bereich der Wohnung. Dort war insbesondere im hinteren Schlafzimmer ein deutlicher feuchter bzw. muffiger Geruch wahrnehmbar, weshalb wir dieses Zimmer nicht zum Schlafen genutzt haben.Auch die Organisation der Müllentsorgung bei der Abreise war etwas umständlich, da die Entsorgungsmöglichkeit erst ab 7:30 Uhr bestand, während unsere Abreise bereits für 6:00 Uhr geplant war.Insgesamt waren wir aber mit der Wohnung, der Ausstattung und der Lage zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft grundsätzlich weiterempfehlen."

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of great restaurants and the marina. It is well maintained, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were that the spa was not available during our visit, and both check-in and check-out were slower than expected. Overall, a very good experience."
