Generally very good and pleasant stay. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and very good service. There was a problem with wi-fi in the room which they quickly solved by moving us to an alternative room. Actually room is the wrong word, each is a suite with lounge and 3 piece settee. It was a very comfortable and relaxing environment. We ate very high quality food from the a la carte menu, highly recommended. The tennis courts were not in very good condition and bring your own racket if you want to play (racket grips on the hotel's rackets were destroyed). I agree with the comments it is probably 4+ rather than a 5 star hotel due to these minor things. However, overall a very enjoyable and pleasant stay helped by the excellent and very helpful staff.
The hotel is very nice, the pool is a little small and can get busy and they definitely need more loungers and umbrellas. The room was clean, although the towels didn't always get changed when we requested it, the old ones were just folded up and put back. The room was very spacious and the bed very large and there was lots of space on the balcony. The indoor pool was lovely though could use some air con because the glass roof made it extremely warm. The staff were friendly and helpful. They provide you with towels to use by the pool which is a really nice touch. The pool bar staff could have been a little more friendly and the choice of food there could be better. The complementary breakfast was very good with lots of choice though was disappointed that there were hash browns on only a couple of the days and that the juices didn't seem fresh. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
Our third visit in consecutive years to Hipotels Cala Millor Park and we were greeted like old friends upon arrival. Nothing is too much, the friendliness of staff to the children and can do attitude contribute to make this the relaxing break it is. Cleanliness of the hotel, good food and beach being literally across the road, with fantastic sea views from our room - what more could one want. All being well we shall return for our fourth visit next year- which is testament to the relaxing holidays we have continuously enjoyed.

"Excellent location very close to the beach, shops"
I booked a last minute holiday with my daughter for four days, wasn't sure what to expect. The hotel was lovely, very clean, spacious rooms and comfy beds. Hotel staff all friendly. Did not go all inclusive so didn't try the food. Local bars, cafés provided excellent value for money so glad I opted for self catering. Only one moan, usual sunbed battles, towels at dawn round the pool but beach was only a couple of minutes stroll away and had good facilities i.e.toilets. We really enjoyed our short break and would definitely return to this hotel.
Positives- Friendly staff, nice choice of food from the buffet, beach lovely and so close. Nice rooms-very clean and modern.
Negatives- pool towels only changed on a Monday Wednesday and Friday.
All cardio machines broken, old and rusty in the "fitness suite"
Evening entertainment was not every night and was poor

The long white sand beach is the main attraction at this purpose-built east-coast resort, popular with families and couples. A promenade backed by mid-rise hotels links it to Cala Bona which features a marina. For a change of pace visit the Punta de n’Amer nature reserve in the adjacent bay, or the Coves del Drac, one of Europe’s most spectacular caves, eight kilometres away.
