Impossible d ouvrir la fenetre pour respirer un peu d air frais Filet type cage de foot a la fenetre... ca gache vraiment la vue Pas de shampoing dans le flacon de douche... et on s en rend compte sous la douche donc trop tard pour demander quoi que ce soit a l accueil... La moquette de la chambre est plus que vieillissante.... En bref ? Dommage pour un standing novotel et le cout d une nuit ...

Hotel is very dated and needs a serious makeover. Like most french hotels, the service is an acquired taste that I don't get, especially for the hospitality industry. Breakfast was average and not a huge selection

The staff was great! The cleaning lady even reminded me that I had left my laptop in the room, right as I was checking out. We loved being so close to everything. Highly recommend.

It was okay. 3 star property. Good location. Very nice staff. Went out of their way to help us when our air conditioning didn’t work and it is 38 degrees out. But still, the property isn’t worthy of more than 3 stars.
